Incidental 12[2], also known as a crowd member, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." She is classified as an inbetween-type incidental.
Description
She is a light purple grouper who has an orange dorsal fin, pink lips, and light blue eyes with black pupils. She wears a red bikini. In her older appearances, she had thin black feet.

It is a distant incidental with Incidental 12's color palette appearing as a tall and thin lavender fish who wears a red bikini and skirt who has dot eyes.

- In Super Bowl LVIII: Live from Bikini Bottom, two redesigned Incidental 12s are named as parodies of celebrities:
- Pirihanna: a parody of Rihanna.
- Megan Thee Sturgeon: a parody of Megan Thee Stallion.
- In The Patrick Star Show episode "The Patrick Show After Dark," she is named Priscilla.
Other
- In "Hall Monitor," eight students from Mrs. Puff's class containing Incidentals 9, 12, 28, 31, 40, and 46 are named Bill, Henry, Vera, Clayton, Bart, Ralph, Mimi, and Buddy.

Incidental 12 has made a few notable and speaking roles throughout the series. She can commonly be seen in crowds with other incidentals. She can also be commonly seen alongside Incidental 13 in a few episodes as well. She was firstly designed to be a beachgoer.

She appears at a high class fancy restaurant with Fred. She gets her blonde wig, clothing, and accessories stolen when SpongeBob and Sticky Fins Whiting come dashing through the restaurant.

She gets stamped by Mr. Krabs' "banned" stamp and appears as one of the barreled customers Mr. Krabs bats out of the Krusty Krab.

Incidental 13 ask her to marry him until Patrick looks through the telescope to see what is going on.

"Squidina's Holidaze Special"
She is blocked by her own view when Cecil tries to open the camera by shaking and whacking GrandPat's head. After Bunny gets her husband to open it, Cecil's camera is out of battery, which makes him shake his camera and whack GrandPat's head again, thus Incidental 12's view is being blocked again after GrandPat falls unconscious for the second time.
