Template:LTab Template:Location The Clamphitheater^[1]^[2], originally known as the Clampitheater^[3], is a location in Template:Data:Links. It first appears in the film The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run, and later in the spin-off series Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years.

Description

The building is made of the purple shell of a giant clam named Kazan.^[3] It has a wooden plank flooring, which can be climbed using stairs. At the top of the stage is a red curtain hanging on a rope. A sign is stretched above it, on which is written the name of the event that is taking place. There are benches for the audience in front of the stage.

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run

The theater appears in Template:Data:Links's flashback in Kamp Koral where the Annual Kamp Koral Talent Show took place and where he wanted to win the Kampy Award.

Chovy goes to the Clamphitheater and sings a deep "moop" sound.

The judging for the art contest takes place here.

"Kamp Kow"

Patrick and Lucky stage a re-enactment of Romeo and Juliet here.

"Reveille Revolution"

The anchovies use the Clamphitheater to play a concert performance for the campers.

"Eye of the Hotdog"

The Clamphitheater is where Mr. Krabs holds the hot dog-eating contests.

"Krabsy the Klown"

Mr. Krabs is lured into playing Krabsy the Klown at the Clampitheater.

"Mascot Mayhem"

Tryouts for who gets to wear the Bitey the Sea Bear costume are held at the Clamphitheater.

SpongeBob SquarePants

"Kreepaway Kamp"

The Clamphitheater is there so Elwood can throw a reunion party while hiding as a mysterious muscular figure capturing all of the people who re-entered Kamp Koral. This was first shown when Elwood puts Template:Data:Links into there.

Trivia

It has the same name and a similar design, so it could have been inspired by Springfield Clamphitheater from The Simpsons.
