Character
The dog walker[1] is a character who appears in the episode "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout."
Description
He is a man with gray hair, a blue shirt, and beige jeans with sailboats on it.
Role in episode
He is first seen with his pie dragon at the beach along with Template:Data:Links and the others as they are touring the surface world. Later, he is seen playing fetch with his pie dragon, throwing a frisbee. Finally, he appears during the meeting with the gorillas along with his dog. After the meeting, he and his dog, the latter turning into a weird human hybrid, go to the Trusty Slab.
