Incidental 19 is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." Her incidental type is currently unknown.

Description

She is a light orange egg-fish goldfish with dark orange fins. She has black hair in a beehive shape with a purple headband. She wears dark mint sunglasses with mint lenses, a purple bikini, and black shoes.

Incidental 19 has only made a few episode appearances in the series so far. She is absent from the series for over 20 years after her debut in "Ripped Pants," but makes a comeback in the season 13 episode "Potato Puff." She was firstly designed to be a beachgoer.
