She is a yellow fish who has gray hair and buck teeth and wears a purple t-shirt, blue dungarees, and a standard Empty Head Society fez.

She appears as one of the many members of the Empty Head Society where she is seen as one of the members who put their saliva into a jar. She is also part of The Nitwitting.
