He is a straw green fish with long brown hair who wears brick shoes, blue dungarees, and a standard Empty Head Society fez.

Role in series

Incidental EHS3 has made only two appearances in the series so far. Like all "EHS" incidentals, he was firstly portrayed to be a member of the Empty Head Society.

He is one of the many members of the Empty Head Society where he is seen responsible for the record player at the clubhouse. He is also part of The Nitwitting.
