The leech^[1] is a character who appears in the episode "Dunces and Dragons."

Description

It somewhat resembles a shell-less Gary, along with having the same meow. It has sharp teeth and two eyes and is used for the "leech treatment" for blood pressure. The main difference between it and a real sea snail is the leech does not have a shell.

Role in episode

When King Krabs has a stroke over Planktonamor's disruption to Bikini Bottomshire, Princess Pearl Krabs reminds him of the "leech treatment" before opening up a chest containing a leech who then meows.
