The Appetizer is a brown sloppy monster with one eye. The creature has a foot, plants, a shell, and a pair of fly wings.

Role in episode

When the peas Mr. Krabs are cooking in the kitchen explode, Squidward comes in to check and then sees The Appetizer on the grill. Squidward then tells Mr. Krabs he thought he was the head chef on the S.S. Gourmet. Mr. Krabs then explains that he misheard Squidward and that he only cleaned the bathrooms on the S.S. Gourmet and was the head chef on the S.S. Diarrhea.

Later in the episode, as SpongeBob goes crazy during his job as a waiter, The Appetizer comes out of the kitchen, seen in monster form as it attacks the customers. How it came to life and its fate are unknown.

Like the Alaskan bull worm, it has stock roars.
