Synopsis

Mermaid Man has abandoned Barnacle Boy, thinking he can fight on his own. However, he fails without his sidekick's help and is captured by his old enemy, the Catfishstress. She ties him to a pole with her whip and wants him to become her boyfriend. Mermaid Man's inner thoughts reveal that he also has romantic feelings for her, but he does not say this out loud. Mermaid Man is sad that he left Barnacle Boy behind.

Barnacle Boy appears and says that he would never give up on his partner. He tangles the Catfishstress in her whip and frees Mermaid Man. The Catfishstress tries to convince Mermaid Man to stay with her and help her leave her life of crime for good, but Barnacle Boy insists that she needs to serve jail time for kidnapping.
