James Issac "Jimmy" Neutron is the main character of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius. He is also a main character in almost ever Nickelodeon Crossover game. He also appears in a few crossover shorts and books. He is also the main character of the ride, Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast.
Description
Jimmy has a disproportionately large head (which appears to be larger, due to his hair), blue eyes, and a large brown cowlick hairstyle. He is often teased because he is shorter than most boys of his age.
Jimmy's wardrobe consists almost exclusively of red T-shirts that sport his trademark symbol of electrons, circling a nucleus. He also wears blue jeans and a pair of grey and white Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars. His underwear consists of plaid boxer shorts, as shown in the film and in the first episode of the series, he wears knee socks. In the shorts and the film, Jimmy wore blue shorts and brown shoes. He also wears his blue lab coat (and sometimes his welding mask while working on his inventions).
Personality
Jimmy has an impossible I.Q. of 210, making him the smartest Retroville citizen and quite possibly one of the few smartest individuals in the whole world. He specializes in many sciences such as quantum physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics, robotics, engineering and astronomy. In a number of episodes, his classmates are annoyed and angered because Jimmy's brilliance renders trying to win science projects and competitions things pointless. In fact, Jimmy has been banned from the science fair for life to give normal kids an actual chance. His brain, a source of constant comment, allows him to invent devices that accomplish even the impossible. That might seem like a gift to most people, but to Jimmy, it often causes him trouble.
Jimmy designs his wild inventions to help him deal with bothersome chores, play tricks on people and gets very curious when there's something unusual happening. However, the inventions tend to have a flaw (usually caused by an obvious oversight) and his curiosity can take over him, which results in a catastrophe which only he can solve. He's rarely ever thanked however as people usually know the problem was his fault in the first place and is highly considered a menace by everyone. The whole point of this is to show us that while Jimmy is a genius, he's still a kid and acts his age.
In the moment of crisis, he will urge his brain by saying, "Think, think, think!", where upon viewer enters Jimmy's ear and goes into his brain to observe its inner workings as well, as to relive a scene from the early part of the episode. Jimmy will then shout, "Brain Blast!", and arrive at the solution for whatever danger he has landed himself, his friends, or his town in. In the movie, he does not say "Think, think, think!" or "Brain Blast!" out loud, but says them in his mind. In the third season, he seems to stop brain blasting and comes up with ideas right away, with the exception being "Fundemonium".
Jimmy is a very nice guy, although sometimes he can be arrogant, selfish, irresponsible, overconfident and a know-it-all. Jimmy is shown to be quite irritable and impatient around most people, mostly his friends and sometimes treats them like underlings. He can be friendly, but can come off as a smart-aleck and sometimes he can be unsympathetic to people's feelings. Sometimes, he makes up his own 6scientific claims, which his friends think are a bunch of baloney. Jimmy is also shown to be lazy in several episodes and relies on his inventions to do even the simplest things for him, which causes trouble for him and everyone around him. Jimmy also almost never learns from his mistakes and usually doesn't listen to his friends when they try to warn him about something in his plans. He enjoys being a hero, often taking a staunch stand against anyone he believes to be evil. He won't back down from his beliefs and he strongly believes in himself.
Jimmy is quite charming when he least tries to be, such as at the party that he lets Sheen throw in his parents' absence in an early episode. He cares deeply for his friends, parents and Goddard. It shows that Jimmy's intelligence is not inherited from the father, but he took it from his mother, conversely from his father Hugh, who is a duck-obsessed adult.
In a few episodes, Jimmy is shown to be somewhat gullible and throughout the series, he loses his common sense and doesn't think his inventions and plans through. Despite all this, he nearly never learns from his mistakes and refuses to acknowledge them.
Sometimes though, it is hinted that Jimmy may, deep down, be insecure about being super smart, as he is constantly bullied because of it, nobody likes him, and that he causes problems for everyone, indicated by his statements in Normal Boy. He is also shown to be insecure about his small stature and loses his temper when he's mocked or reminded of it. He is also hinted to be lonely a few times.
Jimmy can show signs of humility and actually takes responsibility for his actions. A perfect example would be in the movie, when he realizes that the parents getting abducted was his fault and his friends become bitter towards him. In his own separate cell, Jimmy starts crying, not just out of remorse, but out of his own insecurities.
In the shorts and the movie, Jimmy was portrayed as awkward, naive, clumsy, a bit child-like, nerdy and shy and his voice was also a bit more high pitched and scratchy. However, in the show and for the rest of the franchise, he has become more of a leader, a bit irritable, kind of a know-it-all, somewhat arrogant and his voice became more deep and clear, but still remains the cute, adorable, playful, and inventive genius we know and love.

He was born to Hugh and Judy Neutron. He was born in Retroville.
When he was a small child, he invented Goddard, his robot dog, which was his first invention.
In preschool, he met his two best friends, Carl Wheezer and Sheen Estevez. He also met his love interest, Cindy Vortex and her friend, Libby Folfax.
Jimmy Timmy Power Hour
One day, when he was tuning up Goddard, a boy appeared in Jimmy's lab. The boy did not know that this was Jimmy's lab so he started touching things. Jimmy confronted him and ended up taking a teleportation device that the boy had to get home, which looks like a pen. He accidentally pressed the button on the device that made him go to the boy's room.
He ended up in a flat universe inside the boy's room. Jimmy looked around for a device that could get him home. He checked the fishbowl, the closet, and some drawers. He then checked under the bed. Two humanoid creatures with fly-looking wings appeared. One was green-haired, green-eyed, and male and the other was pink-haired, pinked-eyed, and female. They greeted Jimmy, thinking that he was the boy, which they called, "Timmy". Jimmy then came out from the bed and told them that he was Jimmy, not Timmy. The two creatures screamed and he screamed back thinking it was the universe's greeting. He then looked outside to see a boy with clones of himself on a bike. The boy screamed to greet the boy and his clones. The boy then told him, thinking that he was Timmy, that he would lose the science fair. While the boy was doing this, the female said that if the Jimmy finds out that they are Timmy's fairies, they will have to go away forever. The creatures then introduced themselves by saying, "I'm Cosmo" "and I'm Wanda" "and We're... um..." Jimmy finished their thought by calling them holograms. Timmy's dad enters Timmy's room and tells "Timmy" that it is time to go to school. Jimmy denies that he is Timmy and Vicky, Timmy's Babysitter takes him to Dimmsdale Elementary School. There, he finds out that Cosmo and Wanda are not allowed to be seen by humans. Jimmy thinks it is because they are imperfect prototypes. Jimmy finds out that there is a science fair. He goes to Timmy's class. There he meets, Denzel Crocker, Timmy's teacher. After Mr. Crocker questions Timmy's intelligence, Jimmy tells Mr. Crocker that he invented a teleportation device. He then uses it. Mr. Crocker is amazed and then leaves his class to go to his underground lab, called, "The Crocker Cave". He goes on his giant computer and says that they only way that Timmy could have enlarged his head was with the work of Fairy Godparents. He then says that he needs to get the teleportation device so that he go to the legendary, Fairy World, the place where the most of the fairies live. Meanwhile, Jimmy ends up in Timmy's room. He then tries to command the teleportation device to go to Retroville several times, getting farther away from the room each time. Wanda eventually tells Jimmy that it only teleports to Jimmy room. He then finds a Game Buddy, parody of a Game Boy. With the pen and the Game Buddy, he successfully programs the coordinates of Retroville in the Game Buddy. However, Mr. Crocker busts in and takes the Game Buddy. He then puts in the coordinates of Fairy World in and sends them to Fairy World.
Meanwhile, in Retroville, Timmy puts a video game inside of Goddard while he is tuning up. Timmy meets Sheen and Carl and they have fun. They also think that he is Jimmy Neutron. Eventually, he uses a hover board and ends up crashing into Cindy and Libby. They meet and Timmy asks if Cindy would help him with his science fair project. Later, Goddard finishes downloading the game and is a giant monster. He then starts destroying parts of the town because the point of the game is to destroy things and other players. Eventually, Goddard eats Timmy and he is almost killed, but Cindy calls Timmy on a pen that he thought was his teleporter. Cindy tells him that to use the pen to get to safety. Eventually, Timmy stops Goddard and he returns to normal. Goddard gets a video call from Jimmy. This is when Carl and Sheen realize that Timmy is not Jimmy. Timmy asks what Jimmy is doing in Fairy World. He says that some lunatic sucked him into Timmy's computer simulation. (This is what Jimmy thinks Fairy World is.) Timmy asks, "What lunitic?" and Jimmy shows Mr. Crocker. Timmy, yells, "No!"
He then take a tour of Fairy World. On the tour, Mr. Crocker finds out that there is an armory with its own power source and that the Big Wand controls Fairy World and the Fairies' magic. He then leaves the tour, goes to the armory, takes some weapons, and knocks down the Big Wand. Jimmy then uses Cosmo's crown and a wire on the Big Wand to get the Game Buddy back. Cosmo says that Jimmy has to help them. Jimmy says that it does not matter what Crocker does since they are computer programs. Cosmo then presses a button on Jimmy's communicator watch. It causes Timmy to be shown in Jimmy's lab. Cosmo tells Timmy that Jimmy is just going to leave them. Jimmy tells them that they aren't real. Timmy says that they are real. He then says that they are holograms and that this is all a computer game. He then asks why they are so important. Timmy then says that the Fairies are as real to Timmy as Goddard is to Jimmy. He says that Jimmy has to save the fairies. The communication ends when Mr. Crocker shoots a magic laser at the wristwatch. Jimmy agrees to save the fairies. Using the inventions at the science fair, he is able to make a distraction for Mr. Crocker while he fixes the Big Wand. He succeeds and Mr. Crocker is defeated. He gets a message on the Game Buddy from Timmy. Jimmy then says that he can get home if he reverses the polarity. Timmy says that he can handle it. He then wishes for the boys to be in their home towns. Jimmy then asks what wishing is going to do. Cosmo and Wanda then open up two portals to the other's place. Timmy and Jimmy formally meet in the Void.
Later, at the Science fair, Timmy does not have a project and Jimmy helps by sending Goddard. Timmy then wins first place.
Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2
One day, Timmy and Jimmy are throwing a Friday the 13th Party at their school. Jimmy is at his school preparing when he gets a call saying that his archenemy, Professor Finbarr Calamitous, has worked with another of Jimmy's villains, Dr. Sydney Moist, to rob the Retroville Bank. They are using Professor Calamitous' robot suit. Jimmy finds them. Professor Calamitous ejects Dr. Moist for not watching out for Jimmy. Jimmy then defeats Professor Calamitous with the help of Jimmy's Robo-Walker. Carl and Sheen run up saying that they want to help. Jimmy tells them that he has already taken care of Professor Calamitous. Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda appear. Cosmo and Wanda get used to their new dimension. Jimmy notices that Timmy has arrived. Timmy tells Cosmo and Wanda to hide. They hide in a wristwatch communicator. Jimmy walks up to Timmy and asks what he is doing there. Timmy says that he is there to ask Cindy on a date to his party. Timmy, Carl, and Sheen fly to Cindy's house. Jimmy follows them. Timmy, Carl, and Sheen crash in Cindy's room. Cindy is surprised to Timmy. Jimmy and Timmy say that they want to take Cindy to their dance. The two then have an invention fight. Eventually, it gets to rockets. They start flying around.
Meanwhile, in Fairy World, Anti-Cosmo, Cosmo's evil genius Anti-Fairy, a race that is the opposite of fairies, counterpart, enters the Fairy World Prison, which he had escaped with the help of Timmy and his fairies, to save the other Anti-Fairies who are trapped in Anti-Fairy World on Friday the 13th, which is the Anti-Fairies' special holiday. On this day, they cause bad luck. Jorgen Von Strangle, the toughest fairy in the universe and the guard of the prison, finds Anti-Cosmo and is about to send him back to Anti-Fairy World, but Anti-Cosmo spills salt on Jorgen causing his shoe laces to tie causing him to fall. Anti-Cosmo is about to escape when Jorgen gets up and makes Da Rules, the Fairies' rules, appear. He changing the rule that says that Anti-Fairies are invisible on Earth to say that they are visible on Earth. He also adds locks on the prison that no one in this universe can open, but him. Anti-Cosmo escapes. He realizes that Jorgen said that no on in this universe can open it. This makes him realize that there are other universes, which causes him to think of a loophole.
Meanwhile, with Professor Calamitous, he is looking for through applications for his new collaborators to help him to destroy Jimmy. Professor Calamitous' Neutron Detector picks up Jimmy. A camera Shows Jimmy and Timmy fighting in their rockets. Professor Calamitous notices that Timmy is fighting Jimmy.
Jimmy notices Cosmo and Wanda. They give up their disguise. Cosmo and Wanda notice a mountain. Cosmo then says, "Mountain!" Timmy's rocket moves past the mountain, but Jimmy's crashes. He falls out of the rocket. Wanda tells Timmy that he needs to save Jimmy. He does so by using a tractor beam.
Professor Calamitous, sees Cosmo and Wanda and says that they will be his new collaborators.
Cindy appears and Timmy takes her to his universe. Jimmy says that he is going to Dimmsdale. Professor Calamitous says that he is too.
Later, Jimmy finishes his universal portal. Professor Calamitous watches him. He sets the coordinates to Dimmsdale. Libby says that she is coming with him. Sheen and Carl also want to go. They enter the portal. Professor Calamitous takes this opportunity to enter Jimmy's lab. Jimmy, Libby, Sheen, and Carl enter the portal and hit the "Welcome to Dimmsdale" sign. Sheen notices his loss of a dimension. Jimmy says that they will have to split up to find Timmy and Cindy.
Later, with Professor Calamitous, he enters Dimmsdale and is holding Jimmy's hypercube. He hits the ""Welcome to Dimmsdale" sign. Here, Mr. Crocker is posting a note that reads, "Home of Crocker's Party!" This scene is Mr. Crocker and Professor Calamitous' first meeting. Mr. Crocker walks away. Professor Calamitous checks the storage cube for something that can help him.
Meanwhile, with Jimmy, he is at Timmy's house which has been turned into a mansion because Timmy wished that they will be millionaires to fulfill one of Cindy's dreams. Timmy's dad opens the door and Jimmy starts to asks where Timmy is, but Timmy's dad stops him, thinking it is Timmy in a reality avoidance costume. He thinks that Timmy's date was a disaster. Timmy's mom appears and she tells him to clean the toilets.
Later, Jimmy finishes clean the toilets. Timmy's dad walks in and kicks Jimmy out to use the toilet. Timmy's mom walks in and gives Jimmy a giant toothbrush, saying that he is going to need it.
Later, Jimmy walks out after cleaning the toilets again. Professor Calamitous walks nears and notices Jimmy. He thinks that he can get rid of Jimmy by using one of his own weapons. He takes an invention out and uses it. However, it is not a weapon. It is a flight device. He flies by Jimmy who notices him. Jimmy then notices his hypercube. On it, there is a list for Calamitous. On it there is "Travel to Parrellel Universe" (this is already checked), "Capture Big Tooth's Flying Helpers", and "Destroy Neutron!" Timmy's dad walks out and Jimmy runs away.
Meanwhile, With Professor Calamitous, he flies under ladders, though a mirror factory, and hits a black cat adoption agency. This causes Anti-Cosmo to appear. Professor Calamitous says that he never had that much bad luck in his universe. Professor Calamitous notices that Anti-Cosmo looks like Timmy's fairies. Anti-Cosmo agrees given Professor Calamitous does one favor for him.
At the Fairy World Prison, Jorgen has put each criminal in a separate cage. Professor Calamitous walks by and asks Binky, a guard, if the button he is about to press is the Emergency Release Button. Binky says that it is and Professor Calamitous presses it. This allows the Anti-Fairies to escape. Professor Calamitous says that now that he has done that Anti-Cosmo has to help him. Anti-Cosmo betrays Professor Calamitous and puts him in a prison cell with Jorgen. He then leaves. However, he forgets to take the keys out of the prison and they escape.
In Dimmsdale, on a bridge, Timmy is about to ask Cindy to his dance when Jimmy shows up. Jimmy tells them that Calamitous followed him and is trying to use Timmy's "computer programs" for evil. Timmy says that there is nothing to worry about. A wormhole opens and Anti-Fairies fly out. Anti-Wanda, Anti-Cosmo's wife and Wanda's evil idiotic counterpart, greets the three. Anti-Cosmo tells them that he can now send the Anti-Fairies to halt the Earth's rotation, so that it is Friday the 13th forever. Jimmy asks why he would tell them that. Anti-Cosmo says that it is because he knows that they cannot stop him.
Cindy says that Timmy said that there was nothing to worry about. Timmy then says that he is not worried. Jimmy says that he should be because his evil computer programs. Forgetting that Jimmy thinks the Fairies belong to Timmy, he denies that they are his. Timmy says that they need to find Cosmo and Wanda to stop the Anti-Fairies. Cindy says that they could be anywhere because Timmy gave them to Carl, Sheen, and Libby and Carl wished for them to be where the llamas are.
Using garbage, Jimmy fashions a device that will allow them to find Libby by the amount of funk in the area.
Meanwhile, Anti-Cosmo splits up the Anti-Fairies into two groups: the one that will stop the rotation of the Earth and the one that will cause as much bad luck as possible.
Meanwhile, with Jimmy, Cindy, and Timmy, they find Carl, Libby, Sheen, Cosmo, and Wanda. They are suffering wish overload. Timmy tells Libby to wish Cosmo and Wanda back to him. She does so and Timmy wishes all of the wishes that the three made where gone. He then wishes that the Anti-Fairies where gone. However, the Anti-Fairies are too powerful. Timmy gets an idea. He shouts, "Crocker's Lab!" and then corrects himself because he is in front of Cindy, by calling it his other lab. Cosmo and Wanda poof them and the kids to the Crocker Cave.
The kids appear in the lab. Timmy notices a sign that reads, "The Crocker Cave" and tells Cosmo and Wanda about it. They change it to read, "The Timmy Cave". After Jimmy and Timmy fight for a bit, Timmy walks over to a chest and throws out some of Mr. Crocker's inventions. He eventually, finds a butterfly net. Cosmo and Wanda freak out. Jimmy and Cindy are confused. Timmy explains that if it has wings and flies a butterfly net can catch it. Jimmy takes the net and combines with this hypercube to make a device that can capture and store the Anti-Fairies. Cosmo and Wanda poof them away.
The kids land in Downtown Dimmsdale. Timmy explains that they have to get all of the Anti-Fairies in one place, so that Jimmy can suck them up with his hypercube net. The kids start making bad luck happen. They cause so much bad luck that the Anti-Fairies that are assigned to stop the Earth's rotation, stop and follow the bad luck. Jimmy captures the Anti-Fairies in his hypercube net. Timmy and Jimmy fight over Cindy. In the fight the hypercube falls out. Professor Calamitous and Jorgen notice the hypercube. They each go for it. Professor Calamitous wanting the Anti-Fairies for evil and Jorgen wanting them to put them in prison. Jimmy and Timmy stop fighting. Timmy tries to stop the two from getting the cube by using a gene splicer he got from his friend's lab earlier. This causes Professor Calamitous' head to be attached to Jorgen's body, in addition to Jorgen's head. Professor Calamitous also has control of Jorgen. He then "destroys" Jimmy and Timmy and takes Cindy to Retroville.
Later, in Retroville, Calamitous explains what he has done while in Retroville. He has terrorized the inhabitants with Prehistoric Creatures, prisoned Jimmy’s parents and Goddard in carbonite, and prepared a delicious picnic lunch. After lunch, Calamitous-Jorgen poofs up a bomb called, “The Big Bang Bomb”. It is so powerful that it will make Earth go back to its original state, so that Professor Calamitous can make the Earth in his image.
Meanwhile, in Dimmsdale, Libby, Carl, Sheen, Cosmo, and Wanda are still grieving over the loss of Jimmy and Timmy. Jimmy and Timmy, now in snail form crawl out and Wanda says that Jorgen’s magic did not destroy them, but turned them into snails. Libby recaps what has happened and the boys agree to work together. Cosmo and Wanda poof the boys back to normal.
Back in Retroville, Calamitous-Jorgen is programming the bomb. Cindy thinks that Calamitous will also be killed. Calamitous-Jorgen then poofs up a magical desk that will allow him to survive. He then turns Cindy into a goldfish. Calamitous-Jorgen then turns on the bomb. Cosmo, Wanda, Sheen, Carl, and Libby inside Jimmy’s rocket, poof into Retroville. They fly around to distract Calamitous-Jorgen, so Timmy and Jimmy can appear with invisibility. Jimmy and Timmy get to the top of the bomb and notice that Cindy is a fish. Jimmy is about to defuse the bomb, when Cindy suggests that Timmy defuse the bomb. Jimmy says that Timmy is not smart and Timmy denies this. Timmy gets angry and starts pressing buttons on the bomb’s keyboard. The bomb shakes and Timmy stops pressing buttons. Meanwhile, Calamitous-Jorgen is controlling the rocket with a magic force field. Calamitous notices Jimmy and Timmy and releases the rocket, causing the children to fall out. Cosmo and Wanda give the children parachutes. Calamitous wonders why the Jimmy and Timmy are alive. Jorgen explains that his magic cannot kill people because it is against Da Rules. Calamitous captures Jimmy, Timmy, and Cindy in a magic force field. Calamitous is about to try to kill them again, but Jorgen repeats that it is against Da Rules to kill people. Timmy notices that when Jorgen is angry, he has control over Jorgen’s body. Jimmy says that they need to keep Jorgen angry. Timmy calls for his fairies. He tells them that they need to make as much crazy magic as possible. Wanda says that she is not a loose cannon and Cosmo says that he is. He then asks where they are going to get someone who is as dangerously off kilter as Cosmo. They choose Sheen. Sheen is then transformed into “Fairy Boy”. Cosmo and Fairy Boy start doing things that are crazy. This makes Jorgen mad. Jorgen-Calamitous transforms Cindy back to normal. Timmy notices that just making Jorgen mad is not enough to break him free of Calamitous’ control. Timmy says that they have to break Da Rules. Timmy starts making fake wishes that would break the rules, which in actuality could not be granted by fairies since any wish that is against the rules results in the fairy’s/fairies’ wand(s) not working, and Jimmy and his friends play along. The final wish is Jimmy wishing that Timmy was dead. This breaks Jorgen out of Calamitous’ control. Cindy throws Jimmy A.J.’s atom splicer. Jimmy uses it and separates Jorgen and Calamitous. Jorgen uses his magic to shrink Calamitous inside of a jar. Timmy says that the adventure was awesome. Cindy says that Timmy should not be modest and that it was Timmy who deactivated the bomb. Timmy remembers the bomb and how he did not deactivated it. The bomb then goes off, but before it can do any damage, Jorgen uses his magic to make the explosion implode until it no longer dangerous. He also undoes every wish that was made in Retroville, including Fairy Boy, excluding Jorgen’s wish to shrink Calamitous and put him in a jar. Libby then asks Cindy whom she will be taking to the dance. Cindy says that she realizes that Timmy is not a genius. She cannot decide who to go with and says that there should be a way to go with both of them. Jorgen then helps her since the kids helped Jorgen stop the Anti-Fairies and got him free from Calamitous. He uses his magic to make, as Libby calls it, “The World’s First Ever Multi-dimensional Dance Party”. It features both the Dimmsdale Elementary School gym and the Lindbergh Elementary School, the school that Jimmy goes to, gym. While the group is partying, Carl wishes that Calamitous could be replaced with Judy Neutron. Wanda grants his wish. There is a rule that is speculated to have been caused from this episode, where no one can wish for something to happen in a universe that is not The Fairly OddParents! universe.
Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3
Jimmy wants to hang out with Timmy. They fight crime in Retroville and Chincinatti, the fictional hometown of Timmy’s favorite comic book hero, The Crimson Chin. Before this, Timmy wants to hang out with Chester, Timmy's friend, who turns out to be busy moving some furniture around, and A.J., Timmy's other friend, who cryogenically freezes himself. Timmy says that he is going to go to Retroville. After the two fight crime in Chincinatti, Chester is done with his work and notices that Timmy is hanging out with a new kid. Chester wakes up A.J., who thinks he is in the future. Chester and A.J. follow Timmy and Jimmy, who end up at Timmy’s treehouse. Timmy and Jimmy get bored with fighting the villains that exist, so they decide to create a new one. They go through Jimmy’s latest invention, the Porta-Portal. A.J. and Chester follow them. Here, they meet Sheen, Libby, Carl, and Cindy. Timmy and Jimmy succeed at creating the villain, which Jimmy later names, “Shirley”. However, the villain is nice because Wanda wanted them to add sweet emotions. When they were making Shirley, Wanda complained that they would toss him out like some of Timmy’s toys and friends. Timmy was supposed to make Shirley “adoptable”, but instead made him “adaptable”. When Timmy and Jimmy get bored of Shirley, they decide to make a new villain, leaving Shirley at the mall. Shirley becomes angry and then goes after Timmy and Jimmy. Eventually, Shirley eats Cosmo and Wanda’s wands, giving him magical powers, and makes Jimmy stupid, giving him Jimmy’s intelligence. Later, Shirley moves some of the objects and people from both Dimmsdale and Retroville and enslaves the people in a universe similar to the one Shirley was in before Cosmo and Wanda used their magic to make him real. Later, Jimmy and Timmy learn that they should not have blown off their friends. A.J. eventually learns that he never left the 21st Century. Later, Jimmy, Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, Sheen, Libby, Chester, Cindy, and A.J. join forces and make Shirley adapt away his powers. The kids then capture Shirley in a butterfly net, which does not allow Cosmo and Wanda’s powers to be used. Shirley barfs out Cosmo and Wanda’s wands to adapt the magic away. Feeling sorry for Shirley, Jimmy and Timmy allow Shirley to open up a pizza shop in Dimmsdale. Jimmy was given his intelligence back.

Jimmy Neutron first appears in the introduction. He and his friends are in the background, starting to build a snow starfish. He is then shown doing this in the main scene. The scene then reveals the snowstarfish. Jimmy then says that it needs his latest invention, " The Spoofinator 4000". It looks like a metal hat. With the help of Goddard, Jimmy puts the Spoofinator 4000 on the snowstarfish's head. It works and the snowstarfish comes to life. Jimmy and his friends are then shown following Patrick the snowman in the background as Mr. Thornberry, narrator explains that the kids loved Patrick. Jimmy and his friends are then shown following Patrick the snowman in the foreground. Jimmy is then shown riding Patrick down a hill like Patrick is a sled. The reverse is then shown. Later, the kids get annoyed with Patrick so they come up with a plan. Jimmy is shown saying that he will take one of his inventions and combine it with one of Sheen's Ultra Lord figures and it will create a wormhole in the space time continuum, propelling Patrick into the future. Cindy then suggests that they just melt Patrick. The others don't like this idea. 70 years later, Patrick is shown poking an old Carl. Cindy then says, "Good going, Grandpa Genius." to Jimmy.
In an alternate version, everything remains the same up to the point when the Spoofinator 4000 works. Cindy then says that the snowstarfish is alive and the kids run away screaming.

Jimmy then appears in his lab. He tells Goddard that something is going on that is strange and it is effecting more than just Retroville. He explains that it is effecting five worlds. He says that he is getting readings of a huge amount of magnetic disturbance. His satellites are showing that the cities are in total chaos. He says that they should start investigating. He says that his Intermodular Digital Transporter is waiting to be used. One of the worlds is The Fairly OddParents! world. He says that that will be the first world. He then asks Goddard who they should contact to send out on the first mission. The player then gets to select: SpongeBob or Otto Rocket. He then contacts the character and tells them what is going on and says that he needs the character to help. He then welcomes the character and gives them his latest invention, the "Neutrino-Cam 4000". He asks the character to take as many pictures as the character can. He then explains that he will upload the images into his computer. He then explains to the character that there are many misplaced people that have somehow been transported into worlds they don't belong. He explains that there is an attachment on the camera that will home in on the characters and send them to their correct worlds. He tells the character to take pictures of characters that seem out of place. He then says that Timmy is looking for his parents, so if the character sees them to take a picture of them, so that Timmy will be able to find them. In addition, there are rare birds in each area. He tells the character that the character needs 5000 points to advance. He then says that the first objective is to find characters that are hiding, the second objective is to find Timmy's parents, and the third objective is to take pictures of the birds. He then says that the goal is 5000 points.
After the player finishes the first level, Jimmy, who is in his lab, tells the character, who is still in the world, that they should calculate the score. If the player passes, then Jimmy complements the character. Jimmy then says that he is picking up a transmission from the same world. An unknown voice says, "Report your progress to me at once, faithful robotic impostor minion!" A robotic voice says, "Greetings fearless commander. I am now disguised and the plan is underway. The unknown voice says, "Very well. Once you are in place, go forth with the next phase of the plan." The transmission cuts out. Jimmy is confused. He tells the character that he hopes that the character can discover more about what's going on. He then says that there is something weird going on at Dimmsdale Elementary School. He says that there are a lot of out of place characters there. He tells the character to see if the character can find anything strange. He then says that the character will need 12000 points to continue. He then says that the first objective is to go to the school and discover characters that are misplaced in the world, the second objective is to photograph people eating lunch, and the third objective is to photograph 6 posters and 6 of the world's inhabitants. He then says that the goal is 12000 points.
After the player finishes the second level, Jimmy asks the character who the investigation is progressing. He then calculates the score. If the player passes, then Jimmy complements the character. He says that he is getting another report. He then says that he will put all the data that they've collected so far into his computer for analysis. His computer then tells Jimmy that there is a robot in Dimmsdale Elementary School that is not from Jimmy's world. The computer then says that it contains alien parts. Jimmy then says that they have to figure out the exact location of this robot and learn more about it. He then says that there are a lot of misplaced characters in the school's lockers and that the character should check them out. He then says that there is another photographer in the school and that the character should find out who it is. He then says that the goal is 12000 points. He then sums up the three objectives: Find three characters that are misplaced, Photograph the mysterious photographer, and photograph three posters and six of the world's inhabitants. He then says that the goal is 12000 points.

When the player selects "Defect-o-matic", a clip from a Jimmy Neutron episode appears. In the clip it shows Jimmy working on a chip with Goddard next to him and Carl and Sheen at the Computer. He first appears when Goddard enters Bikini Bottom through a portal. Goddard then opens the flap revealing his TV. Jimmy appears in his lab. He tells SpongeBob that they have not met, but he should trust Jimmy. He then explains that Plankton has joined forces with villains from other worlds. With their help, Plankton is taking over Bikini Bottom. SpongeBob does not believe that this is real and is convinced that he is dreaming. He thinks that he ate too much ice cream the previous night. Jimmy says that he has been gathering information from SpongeBob's world and that Jimmy knows SpongeBob has dealt with Plankton before. Jimmy says that they need his help. SpongeBob accepts and Jimmy says to follow Goddard and that he will lead SpongeBob to Jimmy. He then says that he will be able to tell SpongeBob more when he enters Jimmy's lab. The transmission ends. SpongeBob enters the portal.
The game introduction then begins. A scene where the heroes are in the first Bikini Bottom level appears. They stop and a green border goes around SpongeBob. It zooms into SpongeBob and shows him and his name. On the right of the screen, it shows SpongeBob's head and the silhouettes of the head's of the other heroes. A scene where the heroes are in the second Fairly OddParents level appears. They stop and the same thing that happened to SpongeBob happens to Timmy. His head on the right fills in. A scene where the heroes are in the second Danny Phantom level appears. They stop and the same thing that happens to that last two heroes happens to Danny. His head on the right fills in. A scene where Jimmy and Danny are in Jimmy's lab appears. The same thing that happens to the others happens to Jimmy. His head on the right fills in. However, his face is a 2D version of his actual face. The title of the game appears.
The story resumes. SpongeBob falls into Jimmy's lab. SpongeBob gets up. Jimmy introduces himself to SpongeBob. Timmy thinks that SpongeBob is a giant block of cheese. Jimmy corrects Timmy, saying that SpongeBob is a sponge from Bikini Bottom. Jimmy then remembers that he needs to give SpongeBob his Neutronic Moisture Sealant. He explains that as long as SpongeBob has it, he will be able to be moist outside of water. SpongeBob says, "This is the strangest morning since... Well, last Tuesday." Danny is surprised that SpongeBob can talk. Jimmy explains that all sea creatures in Bikini Bottom can talk. Jimmy says that he needs to bring SpongeBob up to speed. They walk over to Jimmy's computer. Jimmy explains that it all started with his Universe Portal Machine, which is a device that allows them to travel to different worlds. Jimmy says that Professor Calamitous has somehow gained a copy of Jimmy's plans and made a portal himself. Jimmy says that he has been tracking Calamitous' portals and he has been visiting the other heroes worlds. He has found an ally in each world and that they have teamed up to create a syndicate. Jimmy says that Calamitous must have a master plan that they all can benefit from. The Syndicate has made an army of Syndicate Troops and are stealing energy from the worlds. Jimmy says that he does not know why they are stealing this energy, but what ever it is for, it won't be good. Timmy says that this situation is really cool and it is like one of his games. Cosmo and Wanda poof in. Wanda explains that it is more serious than one of Timmy's games and that they have lost their magic. Cosmo adds that it is a just a glorified backscratcher. Jimmy says that Cosmo and Wanda are right. Jimmy says that they must work together to stop the syndicate. He says that he knows that they have each defeated the members of the Syndicate separately. That is why Jimmy brought them there. If they combine their knowledge, they can beat the Syndicate. Soon, Jimmy says that since they do not know where Calamitous' secret lab is, the only leads lie in each of the other heroes' worlds. Jimmy says that they should start with stopping the Syndicate from draining the energy. SpongeBob asks which of the worlds they should start with. Danny suggests his hometown, Amity Park.
Jimmy now becomes a playable character. The heroes enter the portal.
The portal sends them to a castle. Jimmy is confused about where they are. He says that he set the portal to land in Danny's school, Casper High. Jimmy says that he must have made a miscalculation. The heroes turn around and see Vlad Plasmius, Danny's archenemy. Vlad says that Jimmy has made no mistake and that he has taken up residence at Casper High. He says that he has been waiting for the heroes. Danny facetiously apologies and says that they should get the party started. Vlad says that he has the upper hand and the heroes see Danny's parents. Vlad explains that all Danny needs to do is join Vlad and he will let Danny's parents go. Danny says that he uses his powers for good. Vlad tells them that Danny cannot resist and that the Syndicate cannot be defeated and with every passing moment, the ghost portal behind him provides the syndicate with power for the ultimate plan and for Vlad. Danny says that he will never join Vlad. Vlad says that Danny will have plenty of time to reconsider as the heroes rot in the Ghost Zone Prison. He then knocks out the heroes.
They wake up in the Ghost Zone Prison. Walker is there. He explains that they are in the Ghost Zone Prison and that they should follow the rules.
The heroes find the Box Ghost. He says that he will open the door if the heroes deal with seven ghost rats. After they do this, the Box Ghost opens the door. The heroes walk around the prison for a while. Soon, they encounter their first Syndicate Troops. They defeat them and continue. Soon, they encounter their first Ghost Zone Prison guard. They defeat it. They continue, fighting guards and Syndicate Troops along the way. As they go the pass prisoners. Eventually, they get stopped by a gate that can be opened by Timmy with his Cosmo gun. Timmy does so and they continue. Along the way, they fight Syndicate Troops and open doors with levers. A few times, they have to use bouncy laundry baskets to get around. Soon they reach the cafeteria and continue to fight.
Goddard appears throughout the game allowing the player(s) to upgrade the heroes' powers. The first one is in the cafeteria.
The heroes continue, fighting guards and Syndicate Troops. Soon, they find the first ability pod. It is for Danny. The Ability Pods give characters new abilities. This one gives Danny the power to overshadow enemies. The heroes continue. Eventually, they make it to Walker. Walker tells them that they are never getting out. The heroes then fight and defeat Walker. After, he falls. Danny says that Vlad is not the only one with a ghost portal. If asks Danny, "You have access to a ghost portal?" Danny says that it is nearby.
Later, after going through a ghost portal, the heroes end up in the lab of Fenton Works, Danny's house. Jimmy is fascinated with the inventions. He says that the stuff in the lab looks the ghost hunting technology. He asks if Danny if he invented the stuff himself. Danny says that the Fentons are the ghost technology wizards, not him. Danny says that they need to figure out a way to shut Vlad's ghost portal down. Jimmy says that if he spends some time studying the devices, that maybe they will be able to build a gadget to close the portal. Cosmo says that this is no time to be studying. Timmy adds that they are heroes and heroes don't sit around studying. SpongeBob says that Timmy is right and that they need to say the world.
There is an ability pod for Jimmy. He enters and gains the ability to use his shrink ray. He uses it on a machine that is blocking the exit. He then moves it. Timmy uses his Cosmo gun to press a button to open the door.
When they leave the house, they see Sam Manson and Tucker Foley, Danny's friends. Sam tells the heroes that the six citizens have been overshadowed by ghosts and that the team has to take care of them. Tucker says that they will meet the heroes at the Amity Park Cemetery.
The heroes do this, while fighting Syndicate Troops. Twice, Jimmy has to use his shrink ray on a car to make it a movable platform. One of those times is to enter an area with an ability pod for Timmy. He enters and gains the Freeze Glove ability, which allows him to shoot ice and freeze water, enemies, and a few glowing blue areas. Timmy uses it on spout of water from a manhole to get past a laser wall. Once they complete the task, they head to the cemetery, where Sam and Tucker are waiting. Goddard is also there. Sam tells the heroes that the cemetery has a shortcut to Vlad's Castle. The heroes enter and have to fight some Syndicate Troops. Eventually, the heroes reach the gate to Vlad's Castle. SpongeBob says that Amity Park is a Ghost-Free Zone. Jimmy tells SpongeBob that he is wrong and that there is one big ghost left, referring to Vlad.
The heroes enter Vlad's castle. Danny says that they need to figure out a way to close the Ghost Portal. Jimmy says that Vlad would need a lot of energy to keep the portal open. Jimmy says that Vlad must have generators in the castle. The heroes see an ability pod for SpongeBob on a a high ledge. They see two cages at two different heights and SpongeBob uses them as stairs to get to the ledge. He enters the pod and gets the ability to soak up water. SpongeBob uses this power on a puddle below the ledge. He then shoots the water on a bucket and that creates a bridge. The heroes go through the castle, fighting Syndicate Troops along the way. They reach a gate and SpongeBob soaks up water at a fountain to open it by shooting water at a fire. The heroes continue on. They reach an area where a Purpleback Gorilla is in a cage. Danny walks on a small ledge and enters the cage from the top. He overshadows the gorilla and uses it to open a door blocking their way. The heroes continue to an outside area. Eventually, they enter the castle again. They head into a library that has a secret door that is activated by a lever. It leads the heroes to a large underground area. Eventually, the heroes reach the first generator, which consists of three Tesla coils, two small and one large Tesla coil. Timmy uses his freeze power on the large Tesla coil and the heroes destroy the other two. This destroys the large one. The heroes continue. Eventually they reach the second generator, which consists of four Tesla coils, three small and one large Tesla coil. The heroes destroy them too and continue. Eventually, they reach a giant drawbridge. Goddard is there. Timmy uses his freeze powers to destroy two giant winches that are near the drawbridge. They enter the next room, which has the third generator, which consists of five Tesla coils, four small and one large Tesla coil. They destroy that generator and continue. Soon, the heroes enter an attic-like room. It contains an ability pod for Danny. He enters it and gains the ability to phase through stuff. Soon, the heroes find the last generator, which contains the same amount of Tesla coils as the last one, but the platforms are separated. The heroes destroy them and a gate in front of the stairs to Vlad's throne room opens.
The heroes go up the stairs and enter the throne room. Vlad reveals that the Syndicate is building a device. The heroes have to fight Vlad, who is using Jack Fenton, Danny's father, as a puppet to help him. Danny has to overshadow Jack to break Vlad's force field. The heroes can then attack Vlad for a bit. This happens a few times until they defeat Vlad. Vlad then escapes through a portal. Danny says that they should escape before Danny's parents notice the heroes. Jimmy says that he wanted to know more about their ghost hunting technology. Danny says that ghost boys and ghost hunters don't mix. The heroes enter a portal back to Jimmy's lab.
The heroes enter a portal to Bikini Bottom. They land on Conch Street. Jimmy tells Danny and Timmy to continue to chew their Neutronic Air Gum, which allows them to breathe. Danny asks where everyone is. SpongeBob wonders where everyone is. Jimmy thinks that the Syndicate is responsible for their disappearance. However, SpongeBob believes that everyone is holding a surprise birthday party for him. He looks for his friends a few times. SpongeBob gives up and Jimmy starts to say something, but some robot Syndicate troops appear. They say, "Surprise!". SpongeBob thinks that it is a costume party. Sandy, one of SpongeBob's friends, appears and destroys one with a Karate chop. SpongeBob says that he knew that Sandy would not miss his surprise party. Sandy then corrects SpongeBob by saying that his birthday is not for another month. Sandy then tells them to follow her.
The heroes follow Sandy, breaking some walls and fighting enemies along the way. Eventually, they reach a bridge.
Sandy crosses it, but before any of the others can go on it, it breaks. Another bridge is available, but it takes them through a longer path to get to Sandy. They take it and meet up with Sandy. They follow her again.
They reach another bridge. The heroes go on it, but before Sandy can go on it, it collapses. She tells them to keep going through the Clam Beds to reach the Krusty Krab, where she will meet them.
They do this, avoiding being eaten by clams. They reach the Krusty Krab. Sandy greets them. She tells them before they can deal with Plankton, SpongeBob's archenemy, they need to find five Bikini Bottomites.
Danny phases through a gate near the Krusty Krab and opens the gate by pulling a leaver. in the fenced off area is an ability pod for SpongeBob. He enters and gains the ability to use DoodleBob as a lure. He uses it on a Syndicate Troop to get it to roll over a button that causes a vertical bridge to fall flat and the heroes cross it. They find the Bikini Bottomites and head back to Sandy.
She tells the heroes that Plankton has taken control of Bikini Bottom. He has locked up anyone who has resisted and one of those was Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob's boss. Sandy then tells the heroes that Plankton is capturing Jellyfish in Jellyfish Fields, the home of the Jellyfish, and is sending them to his Jellyfish Fortress Factory, where he is extracting their sting for energy. Sandy has a plan. She tells them that they need to go to Jellyfish Fields and destroy Plankton's Jellyfish Harvesting Machines. Next, they need to sneak into Plankton's fortress and shut down the machines. They will then be able to go to Plankton's control center and shut everything down. Timmy says that it is like an action movie and asks if they have any secret agents. Sandy says that they do. He is in Jellyfish Fields and his code name is "Agent Star". Sandy says that their mission is to make contact with him.
The heroes go to Jellyfish Fields, but before they can get there, they have to go through a gully and defeat a lot of Syndicate troops. Once they do, SpongeBob tells them that they have to be quiet so that no one, but Agent Star knows that they are there. Patrick Star, one of SpongeBob's friends, appears and tells SpongeBob that he is a secret agent. SpongeBob warns Patrick of an approaching Jellyfish Harvester, but it is too late. Patrick gets sucked up and put into a basket. SpongeBob starts crying, but Danny assures SpongeBob that they will get him back. The heroes go through Jellyfish Fields, destroying Jellyfish Harvesters along the way.Eventually, they reach an area that has a statue of Kevin the Sea Cucumber, a famous Jellyfisher. Goddard is there. They continue. The heroes eventually reach an ability pod for Jimmy. He enters and gains the ability to use a flare gun. He uses it on a device that is keeping a bridge up. It then falls and they continue. Soon they reach the ship of the Flying Dutchman, a ghost that haunts Bikini Bottom.
The heroes meet him and he tells them that they can never leave. SpongeBob greets the Flying Dutchman. After realizing that SpongeBob is there, he allows SpongeBob to leave, but Danny, Jimmy, and Timmy have to stay. SpongeBob says that he cannot leave them and the Flying Dutchman will have to keep SpongeBob too. He says that he has been practicing being a pirate. The Flying Dutchman does not like the idea of keeping SpongeBob. He says that if he had his old crew back, he would not need the heroes. Danny suggests that they help get the Flying Dutchman's crew back. The Flying Dutchman says that his old crew will not listen to them. Danny says that he thinks that the crew will listen to them. The Flying Dutchman agrees and says that if the heroes can get his six crew members back, he will let them go. However, if they fail, the heroes will have to be his crew forever.
They go through several ships and get the crew back. They head back to the Flying Dutchman.
He sails off. SpongeBob says, "So long, Mr. Dutchman." When the Flying Dutchman leaves, his Anchor hits a giant door and opens it. The door leads to the Jellyfish Fortress Factory.
The heroes enter the factory. Jimmy looks at some plans and says that there are four Emergency Vents that they should be able to release the Jellyfish through. The heroes hear a noise. SpongeBob sees that it is Patrick in a jar. Jimmy uses his shrink ray to shrink a boat to make it more accessible to the humans. Timmy goes on a vat that contains Jellyfish and shoots the jar that Patrick is in. Patrick starts walking but gets stuck. The heroes notice an ability pod for Timmy. He enters it and gains the ability to become Cleft the Boy Chin Wonder, his superhero sidekick alias. This ability allows him to twist valves with a robot hand that comes out of his mask's chin. He twists a valve and a platform lifts allowing Patrick to continue to the next room. It also opens a door, allowing the heroes to continue. As they go through the factory, the heroes go through puzzles and help Patrick along the way. One of which includes having Jimmy use his flare gun to make a large container spill out some water to allow SpongeBob to use that water to stop two fires that are blocking Patrick's way. Eventually, they find Patrick, who is behind a giant engine. the heroes use Jellyfish on some conveyor belts to jump to the engine.
They destroy the engine and Patrick reminds them that they need to open the four emergency vents.
After fighting some Syndicate Troops, the heroes find the first valve. They get to it and Cleft turns it. The heroes continue. The next room they enter contains two paths to two of the valves and one of the valves in it. Sponge Bob soaks up some water and shoots it on a giant Jellyfish that then allows the heroes to jump on it. Cleft does so and goes on a path that leads him to the valve in the room. He turns it. He leaves and the heroes take one of the paths. One of them leads to an area with acid and three hanging platforms with barrels on it. Jimmy uses his flare gun to make the platforms fall, allowing the heroes to cross to another platform that has a vertical moving platform that leads to a platform that has the valve. Cleft pulls it and the heroes return to the main area. One of the paths leads to an area with laser walls, which can only be turned off with buttons. Behind the walls, there is one of the valves. Danny uses his phase ability to float over to the buttons and push them. Cleft then turns the last valve. The heroes head back to the main room. Once all the valves are turned,
Patrick, who is waiting for them in front of a door, tells the heroes that Mr. Krabs and Plankton are through the door. The heroes go through into the next room, which has a path that leads to the Chum Bucket's laboratory. After defeating Syndicate Troops, they enter the next room, which contains Plankton's Lab, a cracked wall, Goddard, and an ability pod for SpongeBob. He enters and is given the ability to make bubble bombs. He uses one to open the crack. The heroes continue into a corridor that leads them to another cracked wall. After SpongeBob makes a bubble bomb and it explodes, they enter the kitchen. Here, cleft has to move a refrigerator, so that he can pull a valve that opens a door. The heroes go through the door and enter the dining area. Here, the heroes have to defeat all the Syndicate Troops before the door to a stairway to the roof, where Plankton is, opens. Once they do this, they head to the stairs.
They go up the stairs and reach the roof. After a short conversation with Plankton, he gets in a giant crab machine and the heroes have to defeat him. SpongeBob sends a bubble bomb to the underside of the Crab machine. This makes the machine flip and the heroes can attack. Eventually, the machine flips upright and the process repeats. After the heroes defeat Plankton, he reveals that the Syndicate is still getting power from Dimmsdale. He also reveals that the machine that they are building is a Doomsday machine. He takes a pod and escapes. The heroes enter a portal back to Jimmy's lab.
The heroes take a portal to Dimmsdale. They land at the front of the Fortress of Mr. Crocker, Timmy's archenemy. Wanda says that there is a rainbow of Fairy magic flowing into Crocker's Fortress. Jimmy is confused because he thinks it is a real rainbow. Wanda tells him that it is a different type of rainbow. Still thinking that Fairy World, is a game, (See "Jimmy Timmy Power Hour" section above for more details) Jimmy believes that Crocker is extracting energy from the Fairy World computer simulation. The area contains a giant head of Mr. Crocker, which is the entrance, two pillars, two platforms, one that is short and one that is taller, an ability pod for Jimmy on the taller platform, and a button on the wall of the short platform. Jimmy uses his shrink ray on the pillars. He goes on the short platform, onto the closest pillar, onto the head, onto the other pillar, and onto the taller platform. He enters the ability pod and gains the ability to headbutt things with a special helmet. He then goes back to the button, which is called a "Slam Pad" and presses it. It opens the mouth. The heroes then fight Syndicate Troops through the fortress and use Danny's phase powers and SpongeBob's bubble bombs to get further into the fortress. Eventually, they find themselves in a corridor with Syndicate Troops, another head door, and a button. One of the heroes pushes it and the head opens, revealing a room with a giant crystal and several pathways.
The heroes enter the room. Wanda says that they need to redirect fairy magic back to the central prism before they can use it to get to Fairy World.
One of the paths leads to a yellow room where the crystal is in the front of the room. The room has net platforms and bridges that lead to the redirection switch. Jimmy sees a candle and uses his flare gun. It causes a platform to appear. The heroes follow the first bridge and stand on the first net platform. Jimmy notices another candle and fires his flare gun at it. It causes two more bridges to appear. The heroes follow the path until they reach a solid platform that has a slope leading to the redirection switch. One of the heroes slams on the switch and the magic is redirected to the Diamond. The heroes head back to the main room. One of the rooms is blue and the crystal is in the front of the room. Two cages are blocking two platforms of two different heights. Danny uses his phasing power to enter one of the cages. He picks up the platform and the cage moves down. Danny then moves it near an area further into the room that has a high platform and a button that Timmy with his Cosmo gun can hit. Danny then goes back and does the same for the other cage and platform. Timmy uses the platforms as steps to the high platform he presses the button and a caged area that was blocking the heroes opens. Behind it, there is a slope leading to the redirection switch. One of the heroes slams on the switch and the magic is redirected to the Diamond. The heroes head back to the main room. One of the paths leads to a dark pink room where the crystal is in the front of the room. The room contains skinny platforms and giant machines that go down and up. One of the heroes follows the path, missing the machines. At the end of the path is a slope leading to the redirection switch. The hero slams on the switch and the magic is redirected to the Diamond. The heroes head back to the main room. One of the paths leads to a purple room where the crystal is in the front of the room. At the front of the room, there is two platforms on the side that are connected by a cage door that is blocking the heroes. One the sides of the cage door, there are two caskets. The heroes hit the caskets. Both caskets contain ghosts. Danny defeats them. The casket on the left contains the switch. One of the heroes pulls it and four more caskets are revealed; two on one side and two on the other. Like before, there is a cage door blocking the heroes. The heroes break the four caskets and again all four contain ghosts. Danny takes care of them. The one closest to the cage door on the right contains the switch. One of the heroes pulls it. The cage door opens revealing two paths to the platforms that were next to the cage doors. There are three caskets on one side and three on the other. The one on the left contains two caskets with ghosts and one with a switch. The one on the right contains three caskets with ghosts. One of the heroes pulls the switch, which makes stairs appear in the backside of the room. They lead to a button. One of the heroes slams on the switch and the magic is redirected to the Diamond. The heroes head back to the main room. One of the paths leads to a light blue room where the crystal is in the front of the room. The room contains a pool of water on the left and some separated platforms with rings at the bottom between the platforms that are above some ice. SpongeBob absorbs some water and hits the rings, causing two ice cylinders that are about the same height as the platforms they are between to appear. The heroes walk across them. SpongeBob sees another pool of water on this larger platform. He absorbs the water and spits it on three rings that are between the final platforms. The cylinders appear and the heroes cross them. The path leads to the button and one of the heroes slams on it. The magic is redirected to the Diamond. The heroes head back to the main room. After each redirection, the heroes have to face Syndicate troops.
After they face the last Syndicate troops, it is time to go to Fairy World. Wanda tells them that on the count of three Cosmo and Wanda will touch their wands to the diamond and they will all transport to Fairy World. Jimmy does not understand what is about to happen, but he trusts them. Timmy tells them that it will take them straight to Fairy World. He realizes what he is saying and adds, “simulation” at the end. Timmy then adds that they have to figure out what Mr. Crocker has done. Wanda says, “Okay, here we go, three…two…” Cosmo interrupts her by asking, “Was that three, two, one, go? Or just three, two…” Wanda finishes her statement and Cosmo’s by saying, “One.”
They are transported to a platform near the Fairy World sign. Wanda says that Mr. Crocker taking the power from the Big Wand to feed to the Syndicate’s doomsday machine is not good. Jorgen shows up and Jimmy, Danny, and SpongeBob scream. Jorgen is relieved that there is finally help. However, he does not like that Cosmo and Wanda brought “puny” children instead of mighty heroes. Cosmo Wanda then point out that they may be small, but they are mighty heroes. Jorgen accepts this and says that with the heroes’ help, the fairies can fight back. He first asks the heroes to free the captured fairies. He adds that they will need all of the fairies to take back Fairy World. Timmy says that they should get to it and that they need to stop Mr. Crocker as soon as possible.
They starting heading to Fairy World. When they get there, they enter an area with an ability pod for Danny. He enters and gains the ability to use his Ghostly Wail, a super powerful blast of vocal energy. Using this power and others from the team, the heroes save the fairies and head back to Jorgen. On their way to saving the fairies, the heroes come across the final ability pod. It is for Timmy. He enters it and gains the ability to heal characters. However, it uses up his power energy in the process.
When the heroes reach Jorgen, he tells them that Mr. Crocker is on the Big Wand and that they should take the path next to him through the mountains to get to the big wand. He opens the door to the path and the heroes start traveling on it.
The heroes travel the path until they reach the mountains. They continue through the mountains until they reach the Big Wand.
The heroes get to the top of the Big Wand and meet Mr. Crocker. Mr. Crocker is in a mech suit. He reveals that the Syndicate has enough power for the Doomsday Device and soon the Syndicate will demonstrate its power over all worlds by destroying one.
Much like the generators in Vlad's Castle, there are Tesla coils. Unlike Vlad's Castle, all the Tesla coils have to be frozen to destroy them. Unlike the previous two bosses, where the heroes had to drain the power of villains before defeating them, Crocker can be hit before destroying the Tesla coils are even shut down. In fact, the player has to hit Crocker until near defeat to make the Tesla coils vulnerable to freezing. The challenge comes with the fact that Mr. Crocker can use the Tesla coils to regenerate his life. The heroes have to go through three levels of the Big Wand before defeating Mr. Crocker.
When the heroes defeat Mr. Crocker, he reveals that the Doomsday Device is fully charged and he floats away. Jimmy says that they need to head to Retroville right away and they need to find Professor Calamitous before he uses the Doomsday Machine. They use a portal and head back to Jimmy's lab.
When they get there, Cindy is there. Jimmy asks why Cindy is there. She says that Jimmy has once again ruined the lives of everyone in Retroville. Jimmy asks here, "What makes you think I'm involved?" She says that it doesn't takes a genius to figure out that if something this bad is happening Jimmy is involved. Timmy walks over to Cindy. Cindy continues, asking what Jimmy is going to do about it. Timmy greets Cindy. She does the same for Timmy. Jimmy says, "We haven't got time for this? We need to find Professor Calamitous before he starts his Doomsday machine." Jimmy then gets a transmission from Professor Calamitous. He explains, with the help of the other villains, that all the worlds will bow down the Syndicate's power or they will be destroyed. He explains that since the Doomsday machine is ready, their worlds have no choice, but to accept the Syndicate's demands. He also says that the heroes cannot stop them. The transmission ends. Jimmy says that they can stop the Syndicate if the heroes disable the Syndicate's Doomsday machine. He says that he has to find Professor Calamitous' lab. SpongeBob says that he thinks that Goddard might need a bath and that he looks like he has fleas. Jimmy says that Goddard does not get fleas. Jimmy realizes something. He realizes that Flea-bots are the reason that Calamitous was able to copy his Portal plans. Cindy criticizes Jimmy for caring about fleas inside of Goddard. Jimmy explains that they need to find Calamitous' lab. If Calamitous is watching them, then the flea-bots are sending him a signal which he can track the signal to Calamitous' lab. He says that they needs a plan. He thinks really hard and has a "Brain Blast". He says that they can shrink themselves down with a large Shrink Ray and fly into Goddard's mouth using his Hovercar. Once they capture the flea-bot, they can trace the signal back to calamitous' lab.
Timmy uses his Freeze powers to open a locked door. The heroes heroes then go through a path that ends with a platform where Cleft can twist a valve to open a door. He does so and they enter a room with some of Jimmy's inventions. Jimmy then headbutts Slam Button to enter the room with his Hovercar.
The heroes do Jimmy's plan perfectly. They end up inside Goddard. They leave the hovercar and Jimmy explains that the signal is the strongest in Goddard's head. He explains that there are also minor drains to take care of.
The heroes go through Goddard's body, fighting flea-bots. Cleft helps take care of the drains. Eventually, the heroes face the Artificial Immune Robots, which remove unwanted things. However, it thinks that the heroes are unwanted, so it attacks them. The robots are needed to access the next areas, so Danny overshadows them. The heroes continue until they reach Goddard's main processor.
Jimmy says that the only way that it can let them inside is to get security clearance for Timmy, Danny, and SpongeBob. Jimmy adds that he already has clearance. If the heroes enter Goddard's memory through the ports one the platform, they should be able to convince Goddard to give each of them access. Timmy asks what they will have to do. Jimmy explain that if the heroes have to help Goddard, he will trust them and give them clearance.
There are three areas. Each contain a virtual version of Jimmy's backyard. In Danny's, he has to use his phase ability to locate Goddard's memory tokens, which look like wrench, which are like bones to Goddard, to gain the trust of Goddard. They are hidden all around the yard. In Timmy's, he has to use his Cleft ability to locate wrenches, but can also use his freeze ability for one. In SpongeBob's, he has to use his water soaking ability to shoot water at large flowers.
Once all three tasks are completed, the heroes go up stairs to a door, which leads to Goddard's head. The heroes enter Goddard's head.
Jimmy says that the Flea-bot should be in the room somewhere and reminds everyone that they need to retrieve the transmitter so that they can trace the signal to Calamitous' lab. The heroes do not see the Flea-bot. A giant (compared to their current size) Flea-Bot appears and all of the heroes' scream.
They have to defeat this Flea-bot. To defeat the Flea-bot, the heroes hit it, but like Crocker, it can regenerate its life when it goes between Goddard's eyes. To stop it from doing this, a character has to hit one of Goddard's eardrums, which looks like a large version of real drums. This repeats several times.
When they defeat the Flea-bot, Jimmy gets the coordinates to Professor Calamitous’ lab. The heroes then leave Goddard’s head and grow back to normal size. They then head to an abandoned warehouse using the hovercar. They go underground and meet the Syndicate who are in the giant machine.
They all have force fields around them. Vlad’s is made of ghost energy, Plankton’s is made of Jellyfish energy, Mr. Crocker’s is make of Fairy Magic, and Professor Calamitous’ is made of Goddard’s energy. Mr. Crocker laughs and says that the Syndicate cannot be stop. Jimmy says that they are there to stop the Syndicate. SpongeBob then adds that once the heroes stop the villains, then the villains will spend a long time in Jail. Professor Calamitous says that the heroes will not quit until the Syndicate shows them… He struggles to continue. He then figures out the word and continues to say, demonstration of their power. The computer voice starts up saying, “Universal Doomsday Machine countdown initiated. Retroville destruction will commence in 5 minutes and counting. Have a nice day.” Professor Calamitous says that once it starts, it cannot be stopped. He says that he never got around to finishing the override switch. Danny asks them if they are crazy because they will be destroyed too. Vlad says that they will be safe inside the protective capsule. Mr. Crocker says that even Fairies cannot save Timmy now. Timmy says that they have to disable to doomsday device. Plankton asks what kind of amateurs do the heroes think the Syndicate is. Professor Calamitous says that it won’t be as easy as the heroes think to stop them. Professor Calamitous tells his Computer to activate the Doomsday Device’s defense systems.
There are four paths in the room. Each leads to another switch that deactivates the villains’ protective capsules. The order of the villains is: Vlad, Mr. Crocker, Plankton, Professor Calamitous. It should be noted that it was not that Vlad was defeated, Mr. Crocker was defeated, etc., but instead the Heroes hit Vlad a few times, the machine started over, the heroes hit Mr. Crocker a few times, etc. Eventually, the Heroes defeat the Syndicate and power down their protective capsules.
Professor Calamitous is surprised that the heroes stopped the defense system. Jimmy says that Professor Calamitous has taught Jimmy a valuable lesson in teamwork. Professor Calamitous says that it is not over yet since the heroes still have to stop the Doomsday Device. Timmy says that there are only 30 seconds until it goes off. Jimmy tries to think of an idea. Meanwhile, SpongeBob looks around. Danny suggests going ghost with it. He says that that won’t work. SpongeBob spots something and runs to it. SpongeBob tries to get the attention of the heroes, but they are not listening. Timmy suggests using Cosmo and Wanda to send it into a black hole. Jimmy then says that he can reconfigure the plasma flux and reverse the polarity. He then realizes he does not have enough time to do that. Danny asks what they are going to do. The machine then shuts down. Timmy asks what happened. The heroes look at SpongeBob to see that he is holding a bunch of plugs. SpongeBob is surprised that it worked. Professor Calamitous says that he never finished the backup power supply. Danny says, “Way to go, SpongeBob.” He then adds that SpongeBob saved the day.
Later, in Jimmy’s lab, Jimmy says that with Professor Calamitous in prison and the other villains in the custodies of their respective heroes, Jimmy says that it is time to go their separate ways. Jimmy tells them to take the Neutron Recallers with them. He says that if anything like that happens again, the heroes can work together to resolve it. SpongeBob thanks Jimmy and says that he can visit SpongeBob in Bikini Bottom any time. He says that he must be going because he does not want to lose his job at the Krusty Krab. Danny asks, “Mr. Krabs would fire you after saved his life?” SpongeBob says that Mr. Krabs would not do that, but if SpongeBob is not on time, Mr. Krabs will start charging him for wasting his time. SpongeBob adds that sometimes he has to work all day just to break even, but he loves working there. SpongeBob says, “So long, guys,” and leaves. Danny says that it is his turn to say goodbye. Danny then gives Jimmy a Fenton thermos. Jimmy says with this technology, he can figure out what those “phantasmal projections” really were. Jimmy asks if Vlad is still in the thermos. Danny says that he is in another one that Danny has. Danny says that he borrowed Jimmy’s matter duplicator to make a second one. Danny leaves. Jimmy says that it is good to see Timmy again, but they should probably say goodbye. Timmy thanks Jimmy for lending Timmy his hypercube. He says that he will let Crocker out when he gets back to Dimmsdale. Cindy says goodbye to Timmy and that she is missing him already. Timmy leaves. Jimmy says that life is almost back to normal. He adds that there is just one more thing left. Jimmy tells Cindy to get out of his lab.
DS
Jimmy Neutron appears at the beginning. It is said that he has invented the Neutronic Reality Projector, which allows him to open doors to other dimentions. However, Professor Calamitous has copied the plans. He has gathered three villians: Vlad, Plankton, and Mr. Crocker. Together, they have created a Doomsday Device, which is a device capable of destroying the multi-verse. It requires fuel from each of the universes to run. Jimmy somehow figures this out and makes his own super-team of Danny, Timmy, and SpongeBob. Jimmy explains to the heroes that the Syndicate of Evil is stealing ghost energy, jellyfish energy, and magical fairy hologram energy. He tells the group that they need to work together to stop the Syndicate.
The game opens up with Jimmy as the playable character. He is in his lab, facing a portal, which has been created by the Neutronic Reality Projector. The player can choose which character the player wants to us. If Jimmy is not seleted, he will appear in the lower right hand corner of the opposite screen. Once the player enters the portal, the option is Fenton Works.
Here, Danny explains that Vlad has take control of Fenton Works' ghost portal. The player starts in a field near Fenton Works. Jimmy can use his Jetpack to fly up in the air. The player goes through the town until the player reaches Fenton Works. They enter the home. Here, the house in invested by ghosts, which the player needs to get rid of. The player eventually reaches Danny's room, where there is a ghost portal open, which is causing ghosts to appear in the room. Jimmy can shrink enemies using his Shrink Ray. The portal can be destroyed by the player. After the room is done, the next destination is the lab. Here, the plater fights ghosts until the player reaches a door to another part of the lab. Danny says that someone has tampered with the circuity and and locked the door. Jimmy tells Danny that he can fix it. The player, as Jimmy, then fixes the door. Once inside, the player fights more ghosts until the player reaches the ghost portal.
After Danny sends the ghost back to the Ghost Zone, the heroes head back to Jimmy's lab. Here, the player can either play the mini-games they have unlocked or enter the portal. Once the player has entered the portal, the player can now go to Casper High. The player then has to get through a long road, filled with ghosts, until the player reaches Casper High. Inside, there are more ghost to defeat. The player goes down a long hallway and then into a classroom. After getting through the room, there is another hallway the player has to get past. The next room is the cafeteria. After getting through the cafeteria, the player has to get through the football field. Here, there is another portal.
Like the last time, once Danny puts the ghost back into the portal, the heroes go back to the lab. The next destination is Vlad's Castle, which in this version is his mansion. Vlad has managed to move his mansion to Amity Park. He asks who is there to stop him and Danny says, "Danny Phantom..." and all of the heroes say, "And friends!" The player then has to get through Vlad's yard, which is infested by ghosts. Inside, the player goes a few feet and Danny says that Vlad is trying to attack his dad. The heroes stop Vlad's shots. Timmy says that Vlad is getting away. Jimmy tells the group to go after him. The player then goes through the mansion to stop both ghosts and Vlad from escaping. Eventually, the player reaches Vlad's lab. Once the player gets through the lab, the player has to stop Vlad. Once he is defeated, he leaves. Jimmy says taht they should get back to his lab.
The next destination is the Kelp Forest. Jimmy offers his Neutronic Air Gum and Danny and Timmy take it. The player travels through the Kelp Forest, fighting off Jellyfish. Eventually, the enemies are Tough Guys. Eventually, the heroes find out that the Kelp Forest is not the location of the Jellyfish Sting Extractor. The heroes then head back to the lab.
The next destination is Bikini Bottom, more specifically, Conch Street. They fight bullies (Tough Guys) and end up somehow being transported to Jellyfish fields to stop Plankton from hurting Patrick. The mini-game is similar to the one with Vlad and Mr. Fenton. After saving Patrick, the group is transported back to the Conch Street. Here, Patrick tells them that the bullies were going to The Krusty Krab. After going through a tunnel in Patrick's house they make it to The Krusty Krab. Here, there are bullies everywhere. There are also large Rufuses. After defeating the enemies, the player has to collect a key. After the player does this, the heroes discuss going back to Conch Street because Squidward might have gone home and be in trouble. They also believe the bullies might have a clue as to where the Jellyfish Sting Extractor is. They get back to Conch Street and enter Squidward's house. Here, only SpongeBob's house key can found. Jimmy recaps the fact that they don't know where the Jellyfish Sting Extractor, Squidward, or Plankton is. SpongeBob suggests they watch the news to see if anything's on. However, it is broken, so Jimmy suggests they go to SpongeBob's house. The heroes do so. Here, they find enemies. After defeating them, the heroes check the news, which is talking about the Chum Bucket. The heroes realize that is where they need to go. They head back to Jimmy's lab.
The next destination is the Chum Bucket. After going through a maze, fighting bullies, the player reaches the Chum Bucket. Inside, there are more enemies. After working there way through the Chum Bucket, they destroy the Jellyfish Sting Extractor and soon find Plankton. Here, the player has to defeat Plankton, who is in a Robotic Jellyfish. After defeating Plankton, the heroes return to the lab.
The next destination is Dimmsdale. Here, Timmy says that he doesn't know where Crocker is, so they have to travel the whole town. Eventually, the reach the Dimmsdale Dump. After going through the dump, Timmy rembembers the school might be an option. They head back to the lab.
The next destination is Dimmsdale Elementary School. Here, Jimmy gets some transmissions that say that Federal Agents are around the school. After getting past them, the heroes enter the school. Here, more federal agents are present. After getting through the halls, the heroes reach Timmy's room, where Mr. Crocker is going to harm Chester with lasers from his Heat-Seaking Fairy Googles. After stopping Crocker, agents appear in the room. After getting through the room, they find themselves in the Original Crocker Cave, which has been redesigned as a transporter to Fairy World. The heroes head back to Jimmy's lab.
The next destination is Fairy World. Here, Crocker has released Anti-Fairies. The player gets through the first part of Fairy World and enters a building, where more Anti-Fairies are. After going through the one-roomed building, the player enters the second part of Fairy World. In this part, the heroes have to save the Fairies by putting them in bubbles. After going through the section of Fairy World, the player find Crocker. The heroes need to stop him from releasing evidence of Fairies and taking over Fairy World. After defeating Crocker, the heroes head back to the lab.
The next destination is Jimmy's House. The player starts in Jimmy's room. The goal is to find Goddard, who has been kidnapped. The enemies are walking pants and lasers. After leaving Jimmy's house, the heroes have to fight through the yard, collecting computer chips to power up the tracking device. Once it is powerd up and Goddard's location is found, the heroes head back to the lab.
The next destination is the Retroville Mall. The heroes have to fight their way to the mall. Once inside, they have to fight their way to the next room. They are transported to the Candy Bar. Here, there are more enemies. Eventually, the heroes find Goddard. Calamitous is about to shoot Goddard with a laser on a platform, which he is on. The heroes stop him and head back to the lab.
The final destination is Retroland, a theme park. This is where Calamitous and the Doomsday Machine is. The heroes go through the parking lot and then into the admission area. The enemies are robots. They enter the park. After going through that part of the level, the heroes find themselves at a ferris wheel. After going through that part, they two more rides and a maze to get to them. The important ride is the Outta Heck ride. Here, the player has to go through the ride to find Calamitous, who is in a ship. Eventually, a countdown starts and the player has a minute to defeat Calamitous. After defeating Calamitous, he flies away. The heroes disarm the Doosday Device and Jimmy gives them all Neutron Recallers.
Game Boy Advance
The set-up to this version is the same as the DS version. There are two differences: 1. In the DS version, it is stated that the Doomsday Device can destroy the multi-verse. In this version, it does not. 2. In the DS Version, Jimmy calls it, "magical fairy hologram energy". In this version, he just calls it, "fairy energy".
The first location is Amity Park, more specifically, Casper High. Here, Vlad has unleashed a ghost army. In this version, the player has two characters at a time, which they can switch back and forth. There are three ghost portal that the player has to destroy in this level. The player goes around the campus and destroys ghosts. Jimmy's main attack is a freeze ray. The player also goes around collecting nanochips to open the portal at the end of the level. Much like the DS version, Jimmy can also use his jetpack. The characters can also be switched at Teleporters.
The next location is Fenton Works. Here, Danny says that they need to shut down the ghost portal because that is how Vlad is draining ghost energy. The player then goes through the lab at Fenton Works and defeats ghosts.
The next location is Vlad's Chateau. Like the DS version, Vlad has brought his mansion to Amity Park. Unlike the DS version, the level is just a boss fight with Vlad. After he is defeated, he goes away.
The team then goes off to the next world, which is SpongeBob's world. The first location in this world is Bikini Bottom. Here, Jimmy gives Danny and Timmy the Nuetronic Air Gum. Plankton appears saying that he cannot let them destroy his Jellyfish Sting Extractor. He then tells them that his thugfish will take care of the heroes. The heroes go around part of the ocean, defeating enemies. They find portals, but this time, they release Jellyfish, instead of ghosts. Eventually, the heroes reach Conch Street. They enter SpongeBob's house, which has enemies and portals to other parts of his house. Once the player completes the level, Danny says that the thugs are taken care of and SpongeBob tells them that Plankton is at the Chum Bucket.
The next location is the Chum Bucket. Here, Danny says that the Chum Bucket has guards all around it. He asks how they are going to shut down the portal. Jimmy says that with his Neutronic Sizeifer, they can shrink themselves and get inside. The heroes then go through the Chum Bucket and defeat Jellyfish and Plankton family members.
After going through the Chum Bucket, the heroes face Plankton. However, he has used Jimmy's Neutronic Sizeifer to make himself larger. The heroes defeat Plankton, set the Jellyfish free and it is off to the next world, which is Timmy's world.
The frist location of Timmy's world is the Turner House. Robots have invaded the house. Jimmy says that they are Calamitous' Clambots. Timmy thinks they are there for a portal to Fairy World. Danny says that he does not believe in fairies. The heroes then go through the house, fighting Clambots and Nega Timmys. At some point, the heroes find a portal that lets Clambots out. Much like SpongeBob's house, there are portals in Timmy's house. After going through the house, they go through a portal to the next location, which is the Dimmsdale Dump.
Here, Jimmy says that the robots are coming from Dimmsdale Elementary School. Timmy says there is a shortcut through the Dimmsdale Dump. Here, the enemies are laser guns. After they go through the Dump, they enter a portal to the next location, which is Dimmsdale Elementary School. Here, Timmy wishes that he knew who was responsible for the robots and Wanda grants his wish. They find out that it is Mr. Crocker. They fight Crocker and Nega Timmy. Afterwords, Crocker runs away. Jimmy says that at least Crocker won't be using any fairy energy for the Doomsday Device.
The heroes return to Jimmy's lab. Here, Calamitous reveals that he has turned Jimmy's inventions against him, notably the Nano-controlled Pants. The heroes fight through the lab, fighting Clambots, Nano-controlled Pants, and laser guns. Like Timmy's world the portals contain Clambots. Like SpongeBob and Timmy's houses, there are transporting portals in the lab. After reaching the end and going through a portal, the heroes end up in Subterranean Caves. Here, the same enemies as the last area are here. After going through the Caves, they end up in a portal to Calamitous' Secret Lair, where they find the Doomsday Device and the Syndicate of Evil. Here, there heroes fight Calamitous, who is in a ship similar to the one in the DS version, Vlad, large Plankton, who is accompanied by thugfish, and Mr. Crocker, who is accompanied by Nega Timmy, individually. After being defeated, Calamitous says that they have been defeated, but the Doomsday Device has not been turned off. Jimmy finds the off button as presses it. Like the other two versions, Timmy, Danny, and SpongeBob recieve Neutronic Recallers at the end of the game.

Nicktoons: Battle for Volcano Island

A villain known as The Mawgu has taken residence in the volcano of a place called, "Volcano Island". Some of the citizens summon Danny, SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, Squidward Tentacles, Tucker, Sam, and Timmy and his fairies to stop the Mawgu. However, only SpongeBob and Danny are summoned to the citizens. The rest have to be found. The two find Patrick, Tucker, Sam, Squidward, Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda. After finding the last three, Timmy says that he found a communicator to Jimmy.
After defeating the Great Carapace, the heroes get the missing battery and call Jimmy. They explain everything to Jimmy. He is surprised. Jimmy tells the team that the monster is using a rip in time and space to steal energy from their worlds and if he continues, their worlds will be destroyed. Danny asks how they will stop the Mawgu. Jimmy says that he is sending Tucker the plans for a device called the "Neutron Rip Zipper", that will close the rip in time and space. He says that the parts they will need are on the island.
Later, the heroes find Sandy and the first piece of the rip zipper.
Later, Jimmy tells the heroes that there is a component of the rip zipper nearby, after they save the Myrmec Queen. SpongeBob says that it is beautiful and Danny says that it is just an espresso machine.
Later, King Gorge gives the heroes the last piece of the Rip Zipper, which is a microwave.
Later, Tucker mentions that Jimmy told him that the heroes have to get the Rip Zipper to the top of the Volcano.
Later, Jimmy tells Danny and the others that if they can get the Mawgu into the rip, they can seal it up at the same time.
After defeating the Mawgu, Jimmy says that he is opening the portal to bring them home. It is unknown if he has programmed the portal to take them all home or to just take them to his lab.

Professor Calamitous has entered an award contest called, "The Biggest Genius". He has created a multi-universal factory called the Evil Toy Co., which makes evil toys, some of which are called, "Toybots". They are robots that look like, according to Professor Calamitous, "The best hero from every dimension". He has created these toys by ordering 3000287 krabby patties and feeding them to Fairies, who them fart magic, which then makes the toys. To power them, he uses ghost energy. SpongeBob delivers the patties to the Factory. However, Patrick is accidentally sucked up when the robot guard takes the patties. SpongeBob disguises himself as a robot to enter the factory and saves Patrick and meets Tak. He explains that he was taken, but escaped and has been hiding. He also mentions Timmy. SpongeBob, Patrick, and Tak enter the internal factory. Later, they find Timmy and his fairies. Cosmo and Wanda are in a tube. Tak breaks the glass and they are set free. They explain that they have eaten too many Krabby Patties.
Later, they find Jimmy Neutron. He is in a containment device. Tak does not know who he is. Patrick explains that they go way back. A voice tells them to press the button above the containment device. He wakes up and asks what is going on. Patrick says that nothing is going on. The voice tells them that they should go to the basement, where the person will meet them.
Jimmy Neutron is now a playable character.
Later, the six get to basement. Here, a robot greets them. He says that his name is Chad-bot. He explains that he is the overworked helpbot of Professor Calamitous and does not like his mustache. Jimmy agrees about the mustache thing ans asks Chad-bot if he can help them contact Danny. The Chad-bot says that he will allow them to use his Dimensional Communicator, which is a cellphone that can talk to anyone in any universe, if they give him more action figure master models for his collection. He then tries to give Jimmy a high five with one of the hands that is behind him, but almost crushes him. Jimmy suggests that they shake hands instead.
Later, after getting more models, Jimmy talks to Danny. Danny explains that he was not home when Professor Calamitous' toy army took the ghost energy from his ghost portal and now there are tin robots that look like him and Sam. Jimmy says that they need to stop Professor Calamitous from stealing anymore energy. He tells Danny to have him and Sam meet him outside of the Evil Toy Co. outlet in Amity Park. He says that he has a plan. He and the others make mech suits in the factory.
Eventually, they meet a giant tank robot and destroy it. The other evil toy start malfunctioning. Tak suggests using the portal in the Amity Park outlet to head back into the factory. Sam says that it is time for a little payback. Jimmy says that he wants a lot of payback.
Soon, Professor Calamitous shuns the Toybots for failing. He then calls Mr. Huggles to get his toy army to attack the heroes. In the basement, the heroes are watching this and the Chad-bot says that their situation is not good. Patrick asks the Chad-bot to be more specific. The Chad-bot says that they need to stop the Saucermen from taking anymore heroes. The heroes are about to leave when the Chad-bot stops Jimmy. He reminds Jimmy of their deal.
Later, Professor Calamitous sends the SpongeBots to take over Fairy World and get more Fairies. They neutralize Jorgen.
When the heroes arrive, they see the Fairy Harvester, which is disguised as a "All you can eat" restaurant, where the food is free. Cosmo is tempted to go to it, but Wanda warns him not to do it and he puts on a gas mask to protect himself from going. Wanda tells them that they need to stop the Fairy harvester before Cosmo gasses up again. Jimmy says that the controls are in the front and the pipes will lead them there.
The heroes go through the pipes and land in front of Jorgen in a containment unit, different to the one that Jimmy was in. SpongeBob and Timmy get through fine, but Patrick gets stuck. When Jimmy goes through, he pushes Patrick out which knocks over the containment unit, breaking the glass. Jorgen is set free and thanks the heroes. Jorgen destroys the Fairy Harvester.
Later, after figuring out that it is being broadcast live, Calamitous tells the heroes that he is going to be called the greatest genius in front of their faces as he knows that they are getting close to him.
Later, the heroes reach the lair. Timmy asks why he lives in lair. Jimmy replies that one of the rules of being evil is that you have to live in a lair.
Later, when they reach the stage, the heroes are expecting to see Calamitous. The Biggest Genius Host starts the show up again and says that it is time to announce the winner. Professor Calamitous says to get on with it. The host says that the judges have made their decision. He says that the winner is the Chad-bot. Calamitous says that he did not even know that the Chad-bot was a contestant. The Chad-bot explains that Calamitous' desire to get the heroes from every universe has lead to Chad-bot's victory. The host explains that it was Chad-bot that combined the ingredients in Calamitous' plan. The host explains that he has also collected an impressive collection of figures. The Chad-bot thanks the heroes. The host says that the Chad-bot's prizes are a glow-in-the-dark sash, a Professor Calamitous Immobilization-bot, and an electric shaver. The immobilization-bot captures Calamitous and The Chad-bot shaves Calamitous' mustache.

Orange goo starts landing in Bikini Bottom. One of the pieces of goo hits Squidward. He starts acting weird and slowly chases SpongeBob, chanting his name. Patrick shows up and asks SpongeBob what is happening and what the orange goo is. SpongeBob says that he does not know. He then tells Patrick not to let it touch him. Jimmy enters Bikini Bottom, through a portal. He tells SpongeBob and Patrick to head through the portal. SpongeBob asks what they are going to do about Squidward. Jimmy says that SpongeBob can only help by coming with him to Volcano Island. The three enter the portal. Soon, SpongeBob, Patrick, and Jimmy are inside the Mawgu Lair, the temporary residence of the Mawgu in "Nicktoons: Battle for Volcano Island". Patrick is about to touch a panel with buttons and switches, but Jimmy tells him not to. He explains that he has not figured out what it does yet. He says that the Mawgu Lair will be their headquarters. SpongeBob asks why they need headquarters. Danny runs into the scene saying that they are all under attack, Retroville, Amity Park... Tak appears and adds "Pupununu", his home, on the list. Nicolai Technus, one of Danny's villains, Beautiful Gorgeous, Professor Calamitous' daughter, Plankton, and Tlaloc, Tak's archenemy, walk into the scene. Jimmy explains that he invited the Evil Syndicate there for a reason. Technus tells them that since all their worlds are threatened, the Evil Syndicate and the heroes will have to work together. Zim and Dib Membrane walk into the scene. Zim says that he and Dib will help too. Zim walks over to the heroes side. SpongeBob asks Zim, "You're joining our side?" Zim explain that he is not evil, just curious. Dib walks over to the villains side. Plankton asks Dib, "You're joining our side?" Dib explains that if Zim is on the heroes side, then Dib has to be on the villains side. SpongeBob asks what people know. Technus says that they have been tracking the goo for a while and that they are called Morphoids. the group hears a noise and the Wise Old Crab enters the scene. He did not expect visitors, implying that he has been living here for a while. He asks Jimmy and SpongeBob if they know how the technology works. Jimmy says that it is Mawgu Technology and that it is old, but if he can get the sequence right, he can adapt it to help the group help the Morphoids. Jimmy starts messing around with it. Soon, SpongeBob says that he thinks Jimmy's got it working. SpongeBob steps on a pad and a beam of light gives him an unusual looking backpack and an unusual bubble blowing wand. Jimmy adds that the wand has irradiated bubble solution. Jimmy says that the machine scans one's molecular structure and gives the character a custom weapon embedded with Mawgu Technology. Beautiful Gorgeous says that she wants to be next. She is given a megaphone. Tak is next. He is given a Juju staff that also has Mawgu technology in it.
Jimmy now becomes a playable character. However, he can only be playable in levels in which he has been chosen. If he is one of the characters in the last level or the upcoming level (only before the levels are completely finished or when the player starts up the game), then he can be played in the main room of the HQ, the tutorial stage, and can enter any portal room for any town/village.
In Bikini Bottom, Bubble Bass is about to eat a Krabby Patty when some goo lands on it. He eats it and become gigantic. He starts rampaging around town. Beautiful Gorgeous and SpongeBob then go around town and into the sewers, fighting Morphoids, along the way. They end up in the Chum Bucket, where Gary is being held captive. The two save him and go through a portal to get HQ.
In the HQ, the Wise Old Crab is about to step on Plankton when he tells the Wise Old Crab to watch where he is walking. The Wise Old Crab apologizes and says that Plankton is so small that the Wise Old Crab barely say Plankton. Plankton is next on the machine. He gets a hammer. He does not like this. Jimmy tells him that the Mawgu enhancement has given Plankton something he has always wanted. Plankton says that this is not the Krabby Patty Secret Formula, which is something he has been wanting for years. Jimmy corrects him by saying that he was given size. Plankton grows in size. He thinks that he has become big enough to crush his enemies. He then realizes that he has only grown to about the size of a normal person. Dib is next. He is given a Balloon Launcher. Zim is next. He is given a Zim-esque plunger. Technus is surprised that it is a plunger. Zim says that it is the Plunger of Doom. Plankton says that the Chum Bucket is in danger.
It is time for Jimmy and Plankton to team up. Jimmy has been given a headband that allows him brain power to be used as a weapon. The two enter the portal. They are transported to an area between the HQ and Bikini Bottom. It has Bikini Bottom themed elements and it is a surfing-style "level", where the characters have to avoid obstacles by jumping over them or going around them. There are also alternate paths to get more coins. The "level" ends with them going through a portal. They end up deep in The Dump at night. They go around the dump fighting Morphoids.
When the basic attack is performed, a Morphoid gives out a Power pod, which is a thing that gives a player more power and allows the characters to use their gadget attack. Plankton's is a hammer move that makes them look similar to that of an accordion's bellows that have been turned to look vertical. Jimmy's is to make a Morphoid look like an atom. Each Morphoid that has been destroyed after having this attack used on them, gives out some energy for the combo attack. In single-player mode, if the player has enough combo energy, they can perform the combo attack. In two player mode, both players need to have enough combo energy for the combo attack. This effects any nearby Morphoids. Jimmy and Plankton's combo attack is making the Morphoids shrink.
Eventually, the two pass a pipe. If the player(s) enter(s) the pipe, he, she or they will be sent to the Bikini Bottom Island, where he, she, or they will find a trophy. There are four trophies in each world, two per level. If all four of the trophies in one world is found, then a cheat code will be unlocked.
The two continue. Eventually, the two pass Plankton and Mr. Krabs' restaurant they had when they were kids. Soon, they get stopped by a skinny, rusty tower. It is being held up by wood. One of the two hits the wood and it breaks, making the tower fall over, which they can use to get past some deep goo. The two pass an area that has a Morphoid Wall on it. One it is defeated, it disappears. Inside there is a guard worm, named, JK, and a mattress with some money in it. The two continue. Eventually, they reach the entrance/exit of the Dump. However, since it is night, the gate is locked, so they have to go through a pipe that leads them to a portable toilet on the other side of the street. IT is next to a bus stop. A bus arrives. It starts moving, but it is hit by a Morphoid Meteorite. The Morphoids start attacking. Eventually, the bus goes up a 90 degree angular road. Jimmy and Plankton are sent to the back of the bus. Eventually, the bus goes back to normal. Soon, it drops the two off. They find themselves a block away from the Reef Cinema. They have to cross the street to get there. The characters can either choose to risk going across the street or wait until it is safe to go. When the two arrive, some Bikini Bottomites run screaming out of the theater. The only way in is to destroy a Morphoid Wall. Once they do this, they enter into the theater's foyer. There are many paths which transports the two around the room. They cannot continue until the correct path is found. They find the right path and continue. There are two entrance ways into the same theater. There is also an entrance into the lavatory. If the two go in there, they find Squidward, who is no longer under the control of the Morphoids, trapped. The two save him. The two then leave and go into the theater and find Patrick who is trapped. Once they save him, the three go back to HQ.
SpongeBob and Tlaloc then fight Giant Bubble Bass in the Krusty Krab. Once they defeat him, he throws up goo and it lands on SpongeBob. However, SpongeBob does not transform. Jimmy believes that this is because his Sponge-like characteristics make him immune to the mutating effects. SpongeBob says that he now knows what a Pancake feel like under syrup. Later, at the HQ, the team notices that the creature controlling the Morphoids is getting closer to Earth. The creature uses SpongeBob as a communicator. He says that the worlds will end and that his Globs of Doom will rain over the worlds and take control. None of the group know that the creature is using SpongeBob as a communicator yet. The Wise Old Crab tells them to follow him and that he has something to show them. He opens a door and shows them a giant robot ship. Plankton asks what it is. The Wise Old Crab says that the robot ship is called the Vessel of Portentia. He opens a door and reveals that there are four missing pieces. He tells them that if they can collect them and get the ship running, they can stop the Morphoids.
The gang head to Zim and Dib's town. They land at Skool, the school that Zim and Dib go to. Here, GIR is playing with a taco. He gets hit by the Goo and becomes under the control of the Morphoids. He starts running around. Zim and Technus battle the Morphoids in the first part of Zim's town. They save Miss Bitters, Zim and Dib's teacher. Technus was given the power to shoot lightning out of his suit. At the end of the level, they save Dib's father, Dr. Membrane. They head back to HQ.
SpongeBob and Tak take on the Morphoids in the second part of Zim's town. The two end the level by saving Gaz Membrane, Dib's sister. They head back to HQ.
Technus and Beautiful Gorgeous take on Gir at Zim and his house. He has lifted the house up high. When they defeat him, the goo is removed and he goes back to normal. Some goo leaks out of the window of the Zim's house and hits SpongeBob. Later, at the HQ, he says that they have the first piece of the Vessel of Portencia. However, before he can say, "Portencia", the creature's voice kicks in again. He says, "But it will not be enough to stop me from...", The true voice of the creature kicks in and continues, "...smothering your insignificant planet." Jimmy realizes that the creature uses SpongeBob as a communicator. Patrick uses a Krabby Patty to get SpongeBob back to his normal self. Danny says that they have to go to Amity Park next.
The team goes to Amity Park. Cujo, a ghost dog from the Ghost Zone sniffs some of the goo. A large piece of goo lands on him. He is under the control of the Morphoids. He finds the second piece of the Vessel of Portentia and runs away, causing destruction in his path. Danny, who was given a power pack, and Zim follow the dog, fighting Morphoids along the way. They save Dash Baxter, Danny's bully. The level ends with them saving Tucker.
Tlaloc and Dib chase after Cujo. They end the level by saving Jazz.
Tak and Beautiful Gorgeous take on Cujo. Once they do, Cujo hits a wall and some goo hits SpongeBob. Later, at HQ, the team gives the Wise Old Crab the second piece. The creature communicates through SpongeBob. He says that he is Globulous Maximus, the ruler of the Morphoids. Patrick tries to get him back with Krabby Patties, but it does not work. Technus flicks SpongeBob's noise and he comes back. Jimmy asks what SpongeBob saw. He says that it was not pretty. Technus starts a campfire. SpongeBob says that Globulous Maximus is a giant ball of goo that is older than time itself. He says that Globulous Maximus is headed there way.
The team head to Retroville. They land in Retroland, a theme park. Plankton screams. Jimmy asks what the scream was and Plankton responds that he sometimes scares easily. Cindy screams and Jimmy sees his Girl Eating Plant, however, it is gigantic. The plant eats the third piece of the Vessel of Portentia. Cindy is shown in one of its vines. Jimmy says that the team needs to get that piece.
Jimmy and Dib team up to travel through Retroland to stop the Plant and fight Morphoids. Dib's gadget attack is making the Morphoids turn into balloons and the two's combo attack is making the Morphoids turn into flasks. The two have to travel on Ferris wheel boxes, roller coaster tracks and have to fix the Octopuke, a ride. The level ends with them saving Carl.
Danny and Plankton go through residential Retroville and save Sheen. The reach Jimmy's lab and they take the rocket to the Candy Bar. They save Cindy and the level ends.
SpongeBob and Technus take on the Girl-Eating Plant in the Retroville Mall. Once, they defeat it, the Plant spits out goo. The first round it misses SpongeBob and the second lands on SpongeBob. Later, in HQ, the third piece of the Vessel of Portentia is given to the Wise Old Crab. SpongeBob says that Globulous Maximus is almost there. Jimmy says that they have just enough time to get to Pupununu.
The team with the exception of Jimmy and Beautiful Gorgeous heads to Pupununu. Tak says the team has to find his mentor, Jibolba.
Tak and Plankton head through the village. They end the level by saving Jibolba.
SpongeBob and Zim travel through a temple to find the last piece. Eventually, they find the piece. It is encased in a goo dome. SpongeBob pops the dome and some goo lands on him. At the HQ, Globulous Maximus talks through SpongeBob. He tells SpongeBob that he chooses to become SpongeBob because he does not like his life. SpongeBob does not like this and asks Jimmy if they have enough pieces in the Vessel of Portentia. Jimmy says that they do and that the Vessel of Portentia is fully operational. The team enters the ship. They lift off and travel to Globulous Maximus.
They fight him and defeat him. After they do, the Evil Syndicate decides to capture Globulous Maximus. They jettison the heroes and fly away. Globulous Maximus tells the heroes that he does not want to be used for evil. He says that he was created during the beginning of the universe. Jimmy thinks that he is referring to the Big Bang. However, Globulous Maximus tells them that it was the Big Sneeze in this universe. SpongeBob infers that Globulous Maximus is a giant booger. Tak asks why he tried to take over their worlds. Globulous Maximus asks the heroes how they would feel if they were born a booger. He adds that they would be upset too. SpongeBob says that he would embrace that he is a booger. Globulous Maximus says that he wants to change his ways. He says, "What's the point?" because time is running out for him. The heroes give him a lot of Krabby Patties to boost up his energy. SpongeBob asks what they are going to do. Globulous Maximus says that he has an idea. He transforms into a look-a-like of SpongeBob.
Globulous Maximus then fights the Vessel of Portentia with the Evil Syndicate inside. Once he defeats them, the Vessel of Portentia blows up. Leaving the Syndicate in space. Meanwhile, Globulous Maximus brings the heroes back to the Volcano. Tak asks Globulous Maximus what he is going to do now that he is not evil. He says that the heroes have taught him to be proud of who he is and that is, "SpongeGlob". He says that he will right the wrongs of his past and make amends throughout the universe. He leaves. Jimmy says that if he was a giant booger, then something with a nose big enough would have had to create him.
