This happens because there was chaos in the place and the building caught on fire, so the event had to end sooner. Here, Plankton bought the most evil world conquering device he could find. The firefighters try to put out the fire, but Plankton left his suitcase next to the open flame, which a [[Fire fish|fireman]] notices. He picks it up with a pair of tweezers, but ends up dropping it, causing the place to explode. Because of this, Plankton's underpants in his suitcase fall from the sky, causing the people there to run away, and finally one of the underpants falls on Plankton's head and he also runs away from the scene.
