Doomsday Device Expo

The Doomsday Device Expo (shortened to DDE) is a location and event that is seen in the episode "Karen for Spot."

Description

The exterior of Doomsday Device Expo appears to be a stadium-like grayish-blue building in Shell City. There is a banner that says "Doomsday Device Expo" on it. Next to it is a garage and above it is written: "Evil for all ages!". Near it is a tall board with the name of the place. There are stands around the building, where visitors can buy things.

Role in episode

At the beginning of the episode, Template:Data:Links packs underwear in Template:Data:Links's suitcase because he will be spending three days at the Doomsday Device Expo in Shell City. While he's at the event, he calls Karen on the phone to let her know he'll be home early. This happens because there was chaos in the place and the building caught on fire, so the event had to end sooner. Here, Plankton bought the most evil world conquering device he could find. The firefighters try to put out the fire, but Plankton left his suitcase next to the open flame, which a fireman notices. He picks it up with a pair of tweezers, but ends up dropping it, causing the place to explode. Because of this, Plankton's underpants in his suitcase fall from the sky, causing the people there to run away, and finally one of the underpants falls on Plankton's head and he also runs away from the scene. At the end of the episode, Plankton arrives at the Chum Bucket from the Doomsday Device Expo.
