"A Place for Pets" is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from season 13. In this episode, customers bring pets into the Krusty Krab, and Mr. Krabs learns pets are more profitable than owners^[1]

The episode was confirmed by Vincent Waller on June 29, 2019.^[7]

This was originally confirmed as a season 12 episode,^{[citation needed]} but it was pushed to season 13^[8] for unknown reasons.
This is the first season 13 episode to be confirmed by a crew member.^{[citation needed]}
The plot of the episode is similar to the scene in "A Pal for Gary" where Mr. Krabs lets Incidental 107 bring his worm into the Krusty Krab with him, as both involve animals being brought as customers to the Krusty Krab with their owner.
This is the third episode directed by Marc Ceccarelli and Vincent Waller. The first was "Who R Zoo?," and the second was "Plankton's Intern."
In Canada this episode was supposed to air on October 19, 2020, but was later postponed, and replaced it with a rerun of "Cuddle E. Hugs."
