Frank, also known as the Loser 3 and whale[2], is one of the three "Loser" incidentals who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants."
Description
He is a very large black colored blue whale with a pale gray underside with a squiggly border. He wears orange swim trunks. His current appearance was originally considered to be his preliminary colors for his old colors, which consists of him wearing dark green swim trunks.
