It is a blue whale action figure with a pink dress, purple belt, and mask as well as white boots.

"Swamp Mates"
It is sucked down into the swamp along with Patrick and Bubble Bass, and is stolen by Hoodoo Guru. Patrick and Bubble Bass eventually find Hoodoo Guru, who is revealed to be the mysterious man, and retrieve the action figure from him and get back home.
"The Big Bad Bubble Bass"
It appears on one of the shelves in SpongeBob's action figure collection.
"Ain't That the Tooth"
It appears in Bubble Bass's action figure collection.
