"Botany Bay" is a traditional sea shanty performed by Robert Alexander White. There are 4 different variations of this soundtrack; two being used in the show (Botany Bay (A) and Botany Bay (d) were never used).

Trivia

• "Ripped Pants," "Naughty Nautical Neighbors," "Boating School," "Nature Pants," "Ghost Host," and "Friend or Foe" are the only episodes to play "Botany Bay (b)" in scenes that don't have to do with Mr. Krabs or the Krusty Krab.
• This track has slowed down in usage since season 5. Starting with "Grandpappy the Pirate," "Botany Bay (b)" has been replaced with "Sad Sack Shanty."
• Between "The Krabby Kronicle" and "Hard Time Out," this track took 13 years to return.
