- This episode's production code was originally going to be 276a, but it ended up getting changed to 277a and switched with "Patrick the Mailman."[1]
- Additionally, this episode ended up being paired with "Plane to Sea."
- This is the first episode Richard Pursel wrote since "House Worming" in season 10.
- It is also the first time that he and Zeus Cervas have worked on the same episode since "Chum Fricassee."
