Incidental 22[3], also known as Loser 1, Incidental PM23, Bikini Lady A, and Bikini Lady B, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." She is classified as a "weirdo" type incidental.
Names
- In "Patrick the Mailman," she is a waitress named Carol.
Description
She is an egg-shaped light tan-brown fish with gleamy blue eyes and bright red lips who wears a purple shell bra, a purple bikini skirt, and black sandals. In her older appearances, her pupils had a black outline and gleam. Her lips also had a black outline instead of their default dark red outline.
Loser 1
She is colored dark red due to her sunburn with darker red lips and pink fins. Her pupils and lips also have their black outlines from her old design, as well as the gleam.
Incidental PM23
She is a patty monster with light tan fins, one blue eye and one black eye, and red lips. She wears her purple seashell bra and also has thin black feet.
"RobotInc" incidental
She is a robot clone of Incidental 22. She is colored faded orange with tan fins and scarlet lips. Her swimsuit is lavender and she had rectangular red pupils. She also has a jet pack on her back which allows her to fly.
Bikini Lady A
She is a blocky looking 3D video game model of Incidental 22's normal variant, although her pupils are black instead of blue.
Bikini Lady B
She has a taller and slightly thinner body structure. She lacks her red lips and her sandals.
Role in series
Incidental 22 is a somewhat commonly used incidental character. She makes many major roles as well as minor non-speaking roles. She plays her biggest role yet in her debut "Ripped Pants" as Loser 1. She was also firstly designed to be a beach goer in "Ripped Pants" as well.

"Ripped Pants"
Loser 1 claims that she is the biggest loser on the beach because she forgot to put on her sunscreen and now has a very severe sunburn. She later sings SpongeBob's song with Loser 2 and Loser 3 using oysters as instruments. She also plays a tambourine.
"F.U.N."
She and Fred become shocked when the front doors of the Krusty Krab slam shut.
"Texas"
She is one of the characters that surround the screen near the end of the episode.
"Walking Small"
She immediately starts running away after SpongeBob starts waving a sandy towel at the beachgoers. She is also seen as one of the beachgoers playing volleyball with Larry the Lobster until their game gets ruined due to SpongeBob bursting their ball.
"Bossy Boots"
She and Fred appear in a car near the Kuddly Krab and claim how it's a shame how the Krusty Krab has turned to the Kuddly Krab.
"Wormy"
She appears right in front of the screen while Bikini Bottom was being destroyed from all the citizens freaking out over "the monster."
"Patty Hype"
She, Incidental 14, and Incidental 49 show that their Pretty Patties match their purses.
"Christmas Who?"
She is seen with black hair and decides to ask Santa Claus for a new hairstyle for Christmas. Template:Data:Links gives her a bowl of mashed potatoes while pretending to be Santa and she then puts it on her head, claiming it is her new hairstyle.
"What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?"
She appears as a peasant with Incidental 40 attempting to steal SpongeBob's clothing. They also come up with the name "CheeseHead BrownPants" for him as well. The two of them then run away in fear when SpongeBob shows them his bottle of bubble soap and his bubble wand.
"The Two Faces of Squidward"
She appears as an actor on the hospital TV that SpongeBob was watching, portraying a nurse with Fred as a doctor.
"Sun Bleached"
She is seen as part of a group of girls who drag Template:Data:Links off for two hours while SpongeBob remains in his tanning booth.
"Krusty Krushers"
She and Incidental 45 appears as models for Wrestle Camp.
"Ditchin'"
She appears playing volleyball with Incidental 27 as her teammate against Incidental 45 and Incidental 105 where they mistakenly use SpongeBob as a volleyball.
"Squidward in Clarinetland"
She and Incidental 151 suffer from the sounds of Mr. Krabs' claws scratching the specials off of his chalkboard.
"Summer Job"
Mrs. Puff runs into her's and Incidental 42's table while rolling on a barrel.
"Shellback Shenanigans"
She appears to be a nurse. She tells SpongeBob that all Incidental 116 is saying is that Template:Data:Links (disguised as Template:Data:Links) is still in the intensive care unit and they just need to run a few more tests. But Incidental 116 tells her that he wasn't saying that at all.
"Drive Thru"
She appears in a car in the long drive thru line behind Larry the Lobster and yells out what the holdup is.
"Lost in Bikini Bottom"
SpongeBob hugs her and Incidental 41 at the Krusty Krab.
"What's Eating Patrick?"
She is seen watching Patrick on the street with amazement.
"SpongeBob LongPants"
She walks into the Krusty Krab and becomes amazed by SpongeBob's long pants.
"There's a Sponge in My Soup"
She is seen standing next to Incidental 27 while Mr. Krabs is seen collecting their trash before it goes in the bin.
"Stuck on the Roof"
She orders a Krabby Patty and a drink by parachute.
"Krabby Patty Creature Feature"
Incidental PM23 is one of the many patty monsters that take over Bikini Bottom throughout the episode.
"Mustard O' Mine"
She nearly attacks Template:Data:Links for some mustard but he pushes her away with his foot.
"ChefBob"
She watches ChefBob at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 31. ChefBob insults her by telling her "Roses are red and violets are blue, I was born pretty, what happened to you." She then laughs at his insult.
"The Hankering"
She appears at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 60 where they show concern for Mr. Krabs when they hear a growling noise from his office.
"Say Awww!"
She is seen helping form a pyramid when the Bikini Bottomites try to escape Q.T.-π for the first time.
"Patrick the Mailman"
When Incidental 48 discovers that Fred has received a letter from a woman named Carol, a nervous Incidental 22 as a waiter named Carol can be seen standing behind Fred.
"Welcome to Binary Bottom"
Her "RobotInc" variant is one of the "RobotInc" incidentals that gets assimilated to Sandroid in the lagoon.

A cardboard cutout of her appears at the Chum Bucket in Plankton's commercial.
