The cave dwellers are creatures who appear in the episode "Chum Caverns" and the online games Gas Blast, Bubble Blast, Bikini Bottom Brawlers, and The Legend of Dead Eye Gulch.
Description
The cave dwellers are strange-looking creatures who appear to have a great fear of cracking whips. Their skin is light orange with brown hair. They always make screeching noises when they talk. Their teeth look like walrus tusks and they have light green lips.
Role in series
"Chum Caverns"
Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links discover them as they attempt to dig under to the Krusty Krab. While doing so, they fall into a massive, natural cavern populated by these beings. Plankton then enslaves these beings and makes them work in his new restaurant, Chum Caverns, based on the principle that customers would be so enchanted by the scenery they would not mind the horrible food.
Eventually, when everyone is trapped in the underground Krusty Krab, Template:Data:Links hires one of these beings, along with Plankton, to run the cash register.
