Character

Incidental 23,[1][2] also known as Incidental F7,[3] is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants." He is classified as a "weirdo" type incidental.

Names

Description

He is a large light turquoise tuna who wears red-orange shorts. He has blue lips, blue arms and legs, and a blue fin. In his older appearances, the sclera of his eyes were colored a very pale shade of blue, in his debut, "Ripped Pants," the sclera of his eyes were a much darker shade of blue.

He has thinner oval-shaped eyes, visible nostrils, and appears to lack the large gills and squiggles underneath his mouth. He wears a dark gray suit and darker gray pants. He also wears a white dress shirt with a black bowtie under his suit.

"RobotInc" incidental

He is a robot clone of Incidental 23. He is colored faded cyan with faded blue fins and lips. He wears a gray shirt and a faded red speedo. He also has wheels for feet and has rectangular red pupils.

Incidental 23 is a somewhat commonly used incidental character. He makes several non-speaking roles as well as speaking roles. He also has an "F" Incidental variant known as Incidental F7 that has made a few appearances throughout the series. He was firstly designed to be a beachgoer.

Major roles

"Ripped Pants"

He is part of the audience that constantly cheers for Larry the Lobster and Template:Data:Links's weightlifting in many shots.

"Culture Shock"

Incidental F7 is seen being sent into the air during Template:Data:Links's performance. He can later be seen purchasing a tomato from the salad bar to toss at Template:Data:Links.

"F.U.N."

He becomes shocked when the large side window of the Krusty Krab slams shut.

"Suds"

He and Incidental 31 spit their food out before all the customers freak out from hearing Template:Data:Links saying he doesn't want Template:Data:Links sneezing all over his food. He is then seen as one of the customers running and panicking in the Krusty Krab.

"Texas"

He appears at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 42 where they both cry while hearing Sandy's Texas Song. After Incidental 42 uses his Krabby Patty to wipe his tears away like a tissue, Incidental 23 takes his patty and blows his nose into it. He is also one of the characters that surround the screen near the end of the episode.

"Walking Small"

He randomly sits right on SpongeBob's face for no reason. Template:Data:Links then tells him to be assertive and command him to get off but SpongeBob just asks him nicely. He later gets off and just walks away.

"Bubble Buddy"

He is part of the riot formed by Squidward wanting to pop Template:Data:Links.

"Imitation Krabs"

He is seen walking into the Krusty Krab during the opening of the episode.

"Grandma's Kisses"

He was one of the customers at the Krusty Krab that constantly made fun of SpongeBob getting kisses from his grandma with Squidward. He also makes fun of SpongeBob with a long insult acknowledging his infantile habits before the other customers cut him off for going on. He is also seen with Squidward at the end of the episode laughing at SpongeBob's crying at Grandma SquarePants' house.

"Prehibernation Week"

He is first seen walking across the screen calling for SpongeBob while various Bikini Bottom residents look for SpongeBob in downtown Bikini Bottom. He later tries to pass a banana off as SpongeBob to Sandy, but she does not buy it.

"Christmas Who?"

He is seen trying to convince Squidward to come out of his house and celebrate Christmas.

"No Free Rides"

He is seen celebrating Incidental 73's birthday in Mrs. Puff's fantasy, where they eventually get run over by SpongeBob.

"Squirrel Jokes"

He is seen at the nightly event called Komedy Krab he was also heard whispers "What?" after hearing SpongeBob's goldfish joke.

"The Smoking Peanut"

He is seen screaming and running around in circles after the loudspeaker tells them to do so due to Clamu's freak out.

"Artist Unknown"

He is one of the students that mistake Squidward's art class for their cooking class.

"The Bully"

He is one of the fish that beat up Incidental 85 after they believe that he was the one threatening to kick SpongeBob's butt.

"Doing Time"

He appears as a rock collector with Incidental 107 where he tosses SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links disguised as rocks into their truck.

"The Great Snail Race"

He is part of the audience that constantly gets disturbed by Gary the Snail's injuries, as well as saying "aww" to the romance of Gary and Snellie.

"Krabs vs. Plankton"

When Plankton slips where SpongeBob mops, he tells Incidental 41 there should be a wet floor sign there. To which Incidental 41 replies "Yeah, if that were me who slipped, I'd sue old man Krabs for all he's got." Plankton questions if it includes the Krabby Patty secret formula to which Incidental 23 replies "of course."

"Selling Out"

He appears as one of the workers who redesign the Krusty Krab into the Krabby O' Mondays. He is later seen receiving his change from the Krabby O'Monday's automated cash register.

"Enemy In-Law"

He is one of the citizens that the Chumbot kidnaps and brings to the Chum Bucket.

"SquidBob TentaclePants"

He is seen glaring at Squidward while he is leaving the recital.

"Hocus Pocus"

He stars in a commercial to help promote Mr. Magic's Magical Kit where he is portrayed as a boring person who later becomes a wizard with the help of the Magical Kit.

"Driven to Tears"

He is shown to be a prisoner at Inferno Island where Incidental 106 tells him the idea of sneaking away from the island on a boat SpongeBob and Patrick were making.

"Pest of the West"

He appears as one of the cowboys at the Krusty Kantina singing "Dead Eye" with Pecos Patrick.

"To SquarePants or Not to SquarePants"

He tries to order a Krabby Combo but Squidward does not let him. He then tries to order a Double Krabby Patty but SpongeBob does not let him either. He finally tries to order a Triple Krabby Patty with cheese and SpongeBob tells him that he thinks he had too many of those, causing him to get angrily offended and leave.

"Back to the Past"

He appears as a prisoner in the Man Rayopolis timeline.

"Karate Star"

He is seen as one of the prisoners Patrick accidentally frees with his karate chop.

"The Masterpiece"

He is seen as a marathon runner in the Sea Chicken Shack where SpongeBob tells Mr. Krabs that he smells like a tuna bathed in algae after running a marathon, which offends him.

"Jailbreak!"

He is one of the prisoners that help Plankton steal the Krabby Patty secret formula at the Krusty Krab.

"Lost in Bikini Bottom"

He appears as one of three tough-looking fish that take over the old abandoned sofa that SpongeBob uses as a landmark.

"The Fish Bowl"

He talks with Fred and the lady fish on the bus and gets angry with Sandy when he finds out that she was eavesdropping on their conversation.

"SpongeBob's Place"

He was one of the customers who wanted to change the name of the Krusty Krab to "SpongeBob's Place" and he is seen unamused when Krabs tries to get the customer to keep the restaurant named "Krusty Krab."

"My Leg!"

He appears as a magician splitting Fred's leg apart during the montage in the beginning of the episode.

"The Nitwitting"

He tosses a quarter into a bowl of soup that got replaced by a parking meter by the Empty Head Society and later appears when SpongeBob says that he forgot how to sit and Incidental 23 walks by and tells him that he is "Obviously not the sharpest tool in the—the tool thing."

"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"

He is seen as a part of Rube Goldfish's tour to the surface world with SpongeBob and Patrick. Patrick licks a spot of food off of his face and Incidental 23 disgustingly tells him thanks.

"Boss for a Day"

He complains about his table being too wobbly from Incidental 151 bouncing on it so SpongeBob tapes Incidental 151 to a chair.

"Upturn Girls"

Incidental F7 is seen getting tipped over with Incidental F8 from the smell of Narlene's perfume while Incidental 23 can be seen being disturbed by the stench with man inc hat.

"Say Awww!"

He is seen helping form a pyramid when the Bikini Bottomites try to escape Q.T.-π for the first time.

"Welcome to Binary Bottom"

His "RobotInc" variant is one of the "RobotInc" incidentals that forms an angry mob from downtown Binary Bottom. He eventually gets assimilated to Sandroid with the other robot characters.
