Cindy[1], also known as Teen 7, is a minor character who first appears in "Squeaky Boots."
Description
She is a light blue fish with light blue fins and light purple lips. She wears a dark purple skirt and flipper slippers.
She also has an alternate color palette that debuts in "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout" where her fins are colored bright cyan.
Teen 7
She is a light tan fish with a greenish-tan dorsal fin and red lips. She also wears a bright red dress, shell earrings, and shoes.
She also has an alternate pajama wearing design that debuts in "The Slumber Party" where she is colored orange with a yellow dorsal fin and wears a lavender blouse. She also lacks her earrings and shoes.
She also has an alternate color palette that debuts in "Married to Money" where she is colored pale pink with cyan fins and hot pink lips. She wears a red dress, golden shell earrings, and black shoes.
Role in series
Cindy has made very few appearances in the franchise as her main variant. Her "Teen" incidental variant, Teen 7, has made many appearances, who is regularly portrayed to be a teenager. Cindy can usually be seen alongside Incidental 11 in many of her appearances. She was first portrayed to be a friend of Template:Data:Links.
Major roles
"Squeaky Boots"
She appears at Pearl's birthday party alongside three other friends. Like the others, she wears flipper slippers, which makes Pearl wish for some too. She and the others laugh at Pearl when Template:Data:Links gives her cheap, black rubber boots instead.
"The Chaperone"
Teen 7 makes several notable appearances throughout the episode as one of the many students attending the prom.
"The Slumber Party"
Teen 7 appears as one of the teenagers in the movie Slumber Party Zombie Attack.
"Married to Money"
Teen 7 is one of the ladies that try to catch the bouquet that Cashina tosses and then cry when Template:Data:Links swallows it.
"Mutiny on the Krusty"
Teen 7 is one of the customers who get stuck at the Krusty Krab during the current.
"Snooze You Lose"
Teen 7 is seen talking on the phone. All of a sudden, Template:Data:Links bumps into her, which causes her to go flying in the air and explode.
"Patrick's Coupon"
Patrick accuses Teen 7 and Teen 8 for plotting to steal his coupon.
"Out of the Picture"
When Squidward tries to sell Teen 7's son a painting, she and her son scream in horror and run out of the Krusty Krab.
"Whale Watching"
She appears as a teenager partying with the other teenagers until Squidward comes to crash the party.
"Plankton's Old Chum"
Teen 7 appears as a mother of a baby where she tells her child not to eat the chum falling from the sky. She then appears as part of the angry mob who blame Template:Data:Links for the chum raining down onto Bikini Bottom.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"
She appears alongside Incidental 11 at SpongeBob's surprise party.
"My Two Krabses"
Teen 7 appears as one of Pearl's friends at her slumber party.

Teen 7 appears at the Claire St. Claire and the Low Tides concert where SpongeBob accidentally steps on top of her head while trying to get by.

She appears as one of the "lovely" customers at the Krusty Krab sloppily eating her food with Incidental 11.
"Abandon Twits"
She is seen snorkeling with Incidental 11 in Goo Lagoon where they eat Krabby Patties right through their snorkeling masks.
"Friendiversary"
She is seen eating at the Krusty Krab with Incidental 11.
"Don't Make Me Laugh"
She is seen with Incidental 11 at the Krusty Krab where they get disturbed by SpongeBob's laughing.
"UpWard"
She is seen with Incidental 11 catching jellyfish. When she hears clarinet, she stings herself with the jellyfish and passes out.
"Student Driver Survivor"
Teen 7 appears as one of the students at Mrs. Puff's Boating School. She later appears when Acceleration T. Greenlight gives her the driver's license after passing Greenlight Driving School. She says thanks to her and gets to drive on her boatmobile. She then would make an appearance near the end of the episode, back at Mrs. Puff's Boating School.
"Dome Alone"
She eats with Incidental 11 in Sandy's treedome, when the Krusty Krab is held there after its temporary destruction.

Trivia
- She is the only character who still regularly wears flipper slippers. Incidentals 7, 8, and 11 used to wear flipper slippers in their older designs but no longer wear them in their current designs.
