Clarence J. "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959; age 66) is an American actor and voice artist. He is a main cast member on SpongeBob SquarePants, providing the voice of Mr. Krabs. Outside of the series, Brown is well-known for his roles as Captain Hadley in The Shawshank Redemption and the Kurgan in Highlander.
