He provided the voice of Lord Royal Highness in the episode "Atlantis SquarePantis." His song "No Control" from his 1995 album Outside, which he co-wrote with Brian Eno, was used with his permission before his death for The SpongeBob Musical. Nickelodeon later used another Bowie song, "Starman", to promote The Patrick Star Show.
