Petri Hanttu (born July 5, 1965; age 60) is a Finnish voice actor who voiced Barnacle Boy in seasons 1-5. He also voiced Captain Blue SquarePants and other background characters in seasons 6-7 from "Growth Spout" to "Model Sponge." He also voiced Perch Perkins in The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water, Potty the Parrot in seasons 2-6, and the Dirty Bubble in season 3.
