The dog walker[1] is a character who appears in the episode "SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout."
Description
He is a man with gray hair, a blue shirt, and beige jeans with sailboats on it.
Role in episode
He is first seen with his pie dragon at the beach along with SpongeBob and the others as they are touring the surface world. Later, he is seen playing fetch with his pie dragon, throwing a frisbee. Finally, he appears during the meeting with the gorillas along with his dog. After the meeting, he and his dog, the latter turning into a weird human hybrid, go to the Trusty Slab.
