Douglas Lawrence Osowski (b. January 1, 1969), better known as "Mr. Lawrence," is a SpongeBob SquarePants writer and is also known for providing the voices for Sheldon J. Plankton, Larry the Lobster, and several other secondary characters. Previously, Mr. Lawrence was a writer, director, and the voice of Filburt the Turtle on Rocko's Modern Life. He was also a voice actor on the Cartoon Network show Camp Lazlo.
