Douglas Lawrence Osowski (b. January 1, 1969), better known as Mr. Lawrence, is a SpongeBob SquarePants writer and is also known for providing the voices for Sheldon J. Plankton, Larry the Lobster, and several other secondary characters. He debuted with writing on the episode "Tea At The Treedome" Previously, Mr. Lawrence was a writer, director, and the voice of Filburt the Turtle on Rocko's Modern Life. He was also a voice actor on the Cartoon Network show Camp Lazlo, an essential spin-off of the series.
