Judge 2[1][2] is an unknown incidental character who first appears in the episode "Something Smells."
Names
In "The Whole Tooth," Judge 2 is a nurse named Agnes.
Description
She is a thin pale blue fish with light blue lips, a gray beehive, and top and bottom eyelashes. She wears a hot pink dress.
Judge 2
She is colored lavender with purple lips, a blonde beehive, and a light pink dress. She also lacks her bottom eyelashes but still has her top ones.
Role in series
Judge 2 has appeared in a few episodes throughout the series. She was firstly designed to be a minor character in "Something Smells." A redesigned variant of her later became one of the three "Judge" incidentals in "Slimy Dancing" that is known as Judge 2. Judge 2 has also been portrayed to be a regular citizen of Bikini Bottom and New Kelp City and a high class fancy fish.

"Something Smells"
When Template:Data:Links salutes Incidental 154, the former's rancid breath causes the latter's skin to crack twice, thus revealing that she is Incidental 154's third skin layer with Unknown incidental 23 being his second skin layer.
"Slimy Dancing"
Judge 2 appears as a judge of the Dance A Thon where she and Judge 1 were unamused by Template:Data:Links's dance audition and later appears as one of the three judges for the Dance a Thon with Judge 1 and Judge 3.
"20,000 Patties Under the Sea"
SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links pay Judge 2 and Incidental 118C to give Template:Data:Links away to them.
"What Ever Happened to SpongeBob?"
Judge 2 is seen as a citizen of New Kelp City where she praises CheeseHead BrownPants by revealing her square pants underneath her pants during his speech.
"The Whole Tooth"
Judge 2 appears as a nurse and tells Patrick that they are ready for him now in an ominous manner and takes him to his chair, telling him to sit there and that Dr. Mundane, the dentist, would be with him shortly.
"The Check-Up"
A portrait of Judge 2 is seen on the X-Ray machine that SpongeBob and Squidward decorate as a photo booth to put Template:Data:Links inside it.
"Upturn Girls"
Judge 2 is briefly seen at Upturn's.
"Say Awww!"
Judge 2 appears as one of the Krusty Krab customers that gets eaten by Q.T.-π.
