Billy Fishkin, also known as Teen 4, is a "Teen" incidental who first appears in the episode "The Chaperone."

Description

He is a grayish-brown anchovy with long light brown hair. He wears a white dress shirt with a purple bowtie and sash, along with dark gray pants and black shoes.

Billy Fishkin is the only generic name Teen 4 has been given in the franchise. It was used for an indigo Teen 4 in "Whale of a Birthday."

He is seen at the Bikini Bottom Mall where he is greeted by Template:Data:Links and her friends. Template:Data:Links then kidnaps him to be one of Pearl's birthday presents. He later appears at her party at the Krusty Krab.
