Teen 4A is a "Teen" incidental who first appears in the episode "The Chaperone." He is an alternate model of Teen 4 (Billy Fishkin).
Description
He is a dark teal anchovy with long black hair. He wears a white dress shirt with a red bow tie and sash and wears dark gray pants and black shoes as well.

Teen 4A makes a few appearances throughout the series. He is normally portrayed as a teen but has also been portrayed as a violin player and a fancy fish as well. He has yet to have his own speaking role.
