He is a character designer for a bunch of new episodes and the upcoming movie The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run.
Biography
Much like Vincent Waller, before working on SpongeBob SquarePants, Bob Camp was an employee who worked on The Ren & Stimpy Show as a writer, director, and storyboard artist. He guest storyboarded two segments in Template:Data:Links, and then joined the SpongeBob crew in Template:Data:Links.
