"Delivery to Monster Island" is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from season 13. In this episode, SpongeBob and Plankton must work together to survive an island of deadly monsters

Synopsis
Patrick enters the Krusty Krab to order a Krabby Patty but can't seem to remember what he was going to order. Something comes off of Patrick and enters the kitchen. It turns out to be Plankton in disguise. He tries to take the Krabby Patty, but SpongeBob thinks the patty was walking on its own. He grabs the patties to make a delivery. As a result, Plankton is on the Krabby Patty. After more than 80 minutes, SpongeBob makes it to his destination which was right next to the Krusty Krab. However, a wind blows SpongeBob away and he ends up on Monster Island. SpongeBob finally fins out the Plankton was in the Krabby Patty the whole time. They are now stuck on the island. They find a way to survive while on the island. There are various monsters living on the island. SpongeBob and Plankton open a Coco-Hut restaurant. After so long, they finally try to leave the island, but the monster keeps them from doing so. The island is revealed to part of a turtle that catches up to SpongeBob and Plankton. They make it back to the Krusty Krab after a long chase. It turns out that they were on the island for 6 years.

- This episode marks the brief return of Adam Paloian, returning to the series as a storyboard director.
- This episode also marks the first time where Adam Paloian serves as that role.
- Monster Island was previously a concept in the online games Monster Island, Return to Monster Island, and Monster Island Adventures, with Monster Island Adventures even being about working together on a delivery to Monster Island (specifically SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, and Squidward delivering an order of Krabby Patties to Octavius Rex there.)
- This is the second episode of season 13 to have two enemies work together. The first being "There Will Be Grease."
- This is the seventh episode of the whole show to have two enemies work together, including "Best Frenemies," "The Other Patty," "Chum Fricassee," "Plankton's Pet," "The Krusty Bucket," and "There Will Be Grease." SpongeBob SquarePants featuring Nicktoons: Globs of Doom and The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water also feature enemies working together.
