"BassWard" is a SpongeBob SquarePants episode from season 14. In this episode, Squidward and Bubble Bass are forced to tolerate each other's company on a trip to Shell City

This episode was originally going to premiere at 5:00pm, but it was moved to 4:00pm.
This episode's premiere, alongside the other three in its premiere week, will be simulcasted on Nicktoons.^[2] Due to Nicktoons' spacings of commercial breaks, the episode will effectively debut on that network first.
This will be the first episode in the franchise to premiere on Thanksgiving in the United States.
This episode's title is a portmanteau of Bubble Bass' surname and Squidward's first name.
Bubble Bass earlier mentions in The Patrick Star Show episode "Terror at 20,000 Leagues" that he celebrates the Shell City Comic Convention.
This will be the first physical appearance of Shell City since The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.

This episode's basic plot is seemingly a spin on that of the first movie's, with both being a two-man journey to Shell City.
