Incidental 18, also known as a crowd member and RobotInc 2, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Ripped Pants," while his production order debut is in "Squeaky Boots." He is classified as a weirdo-type incidental.
Description
He is a short, light olive green grouper with red-orange dots and lips, orange eyes with black pupils, and thin black feet. He wears square-shaped nerd glasses.
Crowd
It is a distant incidental with Incidental 18's color palette appearing as a large olive green fish with reddish-orange eyes.
RobotInc 2
He is a robot clone of Incidental 18. He is colored faded brown with a faded orange dorsal fin and lips. His eyes are square-shaped like his glasses with two rectangular red pupils. He also has bright tan arms and a single bright tan leg with a wheel as his foot.
Names
- In "New Student Starfish," at most six students from the Good Noodle Board of Mrs. Puff's class containing Incidentals 7, 11, 18, 37B, 73, 104, 107, and 108 may be named Lloyd, Sheila, Paco, Debbie, Horace, and/or Rich; ambiguity raised by a student not appearing in "New Student Starfish" being named Horace in Class Confusion.

Incidental 18 has very few notable and speaking roles. He usually appears in crowds with other incidentals. He was firstly designed to be a Krusty Krab customer.

He appears as one of the participants of the talent show.
"MuscleBob BuffPants"
Scooter tells him about how huge SpongeBob looks with his new Anchor Arms before Sandy asks them where SpongeBob is.

He is one of the characters that surround the screen near the end of the episode.
"New Student Starfish"
He appears as a student in SpongeBob and Patrick's class in Mrs. Puff's Boating School where he laughs with the other students when Patrick says his name is 24.
"Mid-Life Crustacean"
He is seen playing ball with Incidental 151 and Incidental 102 where they accidentally send their ball towards Mr. Krabs and ask him for it back. Mr. Krabs asks if he can join them and then they tell him to keep the ball and refuse to play with him due to being too old.
"Pranks a Lot"
He is seen in SpongeBob and Patrick's imagination watching them sit on an invisible park bench.
"Rule of Dumb"
He has a comic book collection that he spent his whole life on which he wanted to show to his mother, but Patrick takes it away, making him cry and run away.
"The Good Krabby Name"
He is part of the 2% of the population of Bikini Bottom who have never eaten at the Krusty Krab.

He is seen as one of the impatient customers forming a line at the Krusty Krab.
"Two Thumbs Down"
SpongeBob and Patrick step on his head during the thumb war at the Krusty Krab.

In a deleted scene, he appears as the announcer for the Bikini Bottom Air Show.

He laughs when SpongeBob imitates Squidward.

He and Judy walk past Prickles' house while he sets up a trap for the clam.

He appears as one of the customers surrounding SpongeBob who transform into patty monsters.

He is the second one to be devoured by Cuddle E. Hugs followed by Steven.
"Grandmum's the Word"
SpongeBob makes his table Plankton-themed.
"Stormy Weather"
He can be seen running away from Drizzle in downtown Bikini Bottom.
"SpongeBob's Big Birthday Blowout"
He is present in the line outside of SpongeBob's house.
"Upturn Girls"
He appears as one of the "lovely" customers at the Krusty Krab sitting with Incidental EHS9.
"Welcome to Binary Bottom"
RobotInc 2 is one of the "RobotInc" incidentals that forms an angry mob from downtown Binary Bottom. He eventually gets assimilated to Sandroid with the other robot characters.
"Dome Alone"
He has a driving lesson with Mrs. Puff, and nervously reassures himself. He then gets distracted by one of Sandy's drones and crashes into a wall.
The Patrick Star Show
"Tattoo Hullabaloo"
He puts out a fire on Tattoo Terry's chest with a fire extinguisher. After he leaves, Incidental 18 hits Incidental 24 in the head with a fire extinguisher.

Trivia
- He is 40 years old according to the episode "Rule of Dumb."
- He and Incidental 21 are the only incidentals that were designed for "Squeaky Boots" that are not on the first row of the original incidental model sheet.
- He makes his first speaking role in "Rule of Dumb."
