- This was originally confirmed as a season 12 episode,[citation needed] but it was pushed to season 13 for unknown reasons.[7]
- This is the first season 13 episode to be confirmed by a crew member.
- This episode's plot is slightly similar to the scene in A Pal for Gary where Mr. Krabs lets a customer bring an animal in to the Krusty Krab with it's owner since they both feature animals being brought as customers to the Krusty Krab with their owner.
