This is the country where SpongeBob SquarePants was created. Numerous humans who have appeared in the series live here. Sandy Cheeks grew up in Texas, which is located here. Also, in a British advertisement for Think Happy - The Year of the Sponge, SpongeBob parodies the Statue of Liberty and Mount Rushmore. This is the main place to air SpongeBob episodes as well as it being created here.
Canada
Canada is the second-most focused country to be targeted on SpongeBob. It typically is the second country to have SpongeBob episodes aired.
Mexico
SpongeBob and Patrick visit this country in "Mexico 1" and "Mexico 2."

- Scotland- This is the home of Sandy's Scottish cousin. SpongeBob and Patrick also visit Loch Ness to find the Loch Ness Monster in "Scavenger Pants."
- England- Somewhat indirectly mentioned in the game SpongeBob Moves In! with the item "English Toffee."

This is where the video "Bollywood Bob" takes place. Also, Clamu's crying in "The Smoking Peanut" can be heard all the way here.
South Korea
This is where Rough Draft Korea, the outsourcing company that animates SpongeBob SquarePants is located.

This is where karate was first developed.

This is one of the seven continents of the world.

SpongeBob and Patrick visit this country in "Australia 1" and "Australia 2." The Great Barrier Reef also makes an appearance in "A SquarePants Family Vacation."

The Arctic Region is a polar region located at the northernmost part of Earth. In "Out of the Picture," Squidward goes here to deliver a Krabby Patty to a whale.
Pacific Ocean
The Pacific Ocean is where Bikini Bottom is located.
- Mariana Trench- It is mentioned in "SpongeBob SquarePants Typing." Also, SpongeBob and Patrick went there to find the Boxing Begonia in "Scavenger Pants."
- Great Pacific garbage patch- An area on the Pacific Ocean filled with garbage. SpongeBob encounters "King Neptune" here in "High Sea Diving."

- The Earth has been sentient in two episodes from The Patrick Star Show.
- First in the title card of "Lost in Couch."
- Second in the ending of "Fun & Done!" when Andrew Fishman's fun comes out when he is going home with his mom.
