Judge 2[1][2] is a "Judge" incidental who first appears in the episode "Something Smells."

In "The Whole Tooth," she is a nurse named Agnes.
Description
She is a thin faded purple fish with a blonde beehive and dark purple lips and fins. She wears a bright pink dress. In her debut appearance, she was pale blue, her lips were indigo, her beehive was purplish-gray, and her dress was hot pink. She also had bottom eyelashes.
Role in series
Judge 2 has appeared in a few episodes throughout the series. She was firstly designed to be a side character in "Something Smells" but later became one of the three "Judge Incidentals" in "Slimy Dancing." She has also been portrayed to be a regular citizen of Bikini Bottom and New Kelp City and a high class fancy fish.

When Template:Data:Links salutes Incidental 154, the former's rancid breath causes the latter's skin to crack twice, thus revealing that Judge 2 is Incidental 154's third skin layer.
"Slimy Dancing"
She appears as a judge of the Dance A Thon where she and Judge 1 were unamused by Template:Data:Links's dance audition and later appears as one of the three judges for the Dance a Thon with Judge 1 and Judge 3.
"20,000 Patties Under the Sea"
SpongeBob and Template:Data:Links pay her and Incidental 118C to give Template:Data:Links away to them.

She is seen as a citizen of New Kelp City where she praises CheeseHead BrownPants by revealing her square pants underneath her pants during his speech.

She appears as a nurse and tells Patrick that they are ready for him now in an ominous manner and takes him to his chair, telling him to sit there and that Dr. Mundane, the dentist, would be with him shortly.
