He is seen at the Krusty Krab at a table with Mr. Krabs, Incidental 93, and Incidental 182 where Krabs tells them the story of how he and SpongeBob got the Krusty Krab grill back from a gang of kids by winning a kart race against them until the gang of kids return and this time steal the Krusty Krab and turn it into a kart.

His "Biker" variant is part of the biker gang that was ordered to go after SpongeBob by the head biker guy throughout nearly the entire episode.
