Incidental 24B is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "MuscleBob BuffPants." He is an alternate model of Incidental 24 and he is classified as a beach-type incidental.

Incidental 24: the incidental character who Incidental 24B is an alternate model of.

He is an olive green, muscular fish with light olive green lips and a dorsal fin with light olive green stripes. He wears a red speedo.

Incidentals 24A-24Q's models shown to be absent from the original main model sheet (Note: there is no label that claims they are "non-existent" due to the fact that they are alternate models of Incidental 24).

Incidental 24B has appeared in only an few episodes throughout the series. He was absent from the series for a while after his debut in "MuscleBob BuffPants," but makes a comeback in the season 6 episode, "The Krabby Kronicle." After that he was absent for a while yet again until he made a second comeback in the season 13 episode "Say Awww!" He was firstly designed to be a bodybuilder at Mussel Beach.

He is seen at Mussel Beach when SpongeBob waltzes up in his Anchor Arms.

"The Krabby Kronicle"

He previously had Larry the Lobster as a member of his gym. He is a reader of the Krabby Kronicle and believes Larry is a wimp after a fake headline that he was beaten up by a weaker fish. He is first seen kicking Larry out of his gym due to the latter embarrassing his reputation, which upsets Larry. In actuality, Larry let the fish punch him and he had no problem with the punch, but due to the timing of the photo and the false headline, it ends up looking like he was actually feeling pain and getting beaten up. He doesn't let Larry explain what really happened and bans him from the gym permanently.

"Say Awww!"

He is part of the pyramid that the Bikini Bottomites form in order to escape Q.T.-π.

"Buff for Puff"

Mr. Krabs signs his arm while inside Larry the Lobster's shell.
