Incidental 83B is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy." He is an alternate model of Incidental 83 (Old Man Walker) and is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.

He is a orange elderly fish with tan lips and dark orange liver spots. He wears a light blue shirt and thick glasses.

Incidental 83B and Incidental 83A show to be absent from the original incidental model sheet (Note: the label that would claim them to be "non-existent" is missing due to the fact that they are alternate models of Incidental 83).

Incidental 83B has made only two episode appearances so far, as well as two book appearances that were based on the first episode he appeared in. He has yet to have his own speaking role.

He appears as the teacher of Mr. Krabs' and Plankton's class in Mr. Krabs story.
