Incidental 83A is an incidental character who first appears in the Nickelodeon Comics 2009 comic Journey to Innie Space. He is an alternate model of Incidental 83 (Old Man Walker) and is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.

He is a bluish-gray elderly fish with tan lips and dark orange liver spots. He wears a green shirt and thick glasses.

In Nickelodeon Comics 2009 comic Journey to Innie Space he was named Spooty Hooperfish.
In the credits of "Sandy's Country Christmas", he was named Old Man Walker.

Incidental 83A and Incidental 83B show to be absent from the original incidental model sheet (Note: the label that would claim them to be "non-existent" is missing due to the fact that they are alternate models of Incidental 83).

Incidental 83A has made only three episode appearances so far, as well as one book appearance and a single appearance on a Best Year Ever poster. He is one of the few incidental characters who didn't debut in the first two seasons.
