Incidental 89B is an incidental character who appears in the episodes "Hello Bikini Bottom!," "Sanctuary!" and "Karen for Spot." He is an alternate model of Incidental 89 and is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.

He is a tan elderly fish with a dark tan dorsal fin, lips, and legs and brown liver spots. He wears checkered pants, glasses, and pink mouse slippers. He also carries a cane.

Incidental 89B has made only three episode appearances so far. He is one of the incidental characters who didn't debut in the first two seasons and has yet to have his own speaking role.
