Incidental 89A is an unused incidental character. He is an alternate model of Incidental 89 and is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.

Incidental 89: the character who Incidental 89A is an alternate model of.

He is a pale green elderly fish with a dark tan dorsal fin, lips, and legs. He has green liver spots and wears checkered pants, glasses, and pink mouse slippers. He also carries a cane.

Trivia

• He, Incidental 64A, Incidental 81C, Incidental 88A, and Incidental 88B, are currently the only known regular incidentals who have never made an appearance in the series.
