During the mid-season finale of The Patrick Show!, Patrick CaveStar hosts this game with Caveman Jenkins, the mommy pterodactyl, and the Squidasaurus Rex as contestants. The host thinks about what appears to be gray squiggles in a thought bubble while Caveman Jenkins starts guessing what it is. He guesses if it is food, mud, or subatomic nuclei, but denies his answers. He then guesses snakes and starts bashing the thought bubble with a club, with snakes coming out of it. Cave Pat declares the answer as correct and Caveman Jenkins celebrates his victory until the pterodactyl eats him which leads the Squidasaurus Rex to eat her, forcing Patrick CaveStar to declare the rex as the winner.
