The Patrick Show!
The Patrick Show! is an in-universe variety show created by Patrick Star that takes place in Patrick's room. It is seen in The Patrick Star Show.
Role in series
Patrick makes the show during the events of The Patrick Star Show. His sister, Squidina, helps with the cameras and is the backstage helper. His audience mainly watches it from his front lawn but it can be seen on TV programming as seen in "The Patrick Show Sells Out". His parents and his friends are often side characters.

- Cooking with Patrick: In this segment, Patrick cooks something, and he shows the audience how they can make it at home. It debuts in the episode "Late for Breakfast."
- Lookin' Around For...: In this segment, Patrick searches for something that he might have lost. It debuts in the episode "Lost in Couch."
- GrandPat's Daredevil Stunt: In this segment, GrandPat performs a daredevil stunt in an attempt to help raise money for the telethon. In the end, Patrick does the stunt and ends up surviving. It debuts in the episode "Pat-a-thon."
- Guest Interview: In this segment, Squidina interviews people about the topic of the day's show. She asks them questions about it, and waits for their response. It debuts in the episode "Enemies à la Mode."
- Puppet Show: In this segment, Squidina and Fentin do a puppet show about a village of pigs. It debuts in the episode "Squidina's Little Helper."
- Patrick's Stench Safari: In this segment, Patrick and Squidina go searching for a stanky stench. They search until they discover it is Granny Tentacles' grocery golem. It debuts in the episode "I Smell a Pat."
- Peek-a-BOO: In this segment, Patrick tries to detect a ghost. It debuts in "The Haunting of Star House."
- Toughing it Out: In this segment, Squidina hosts a survival show about Patrick and Cecil to survive the wilderness. It first appears in the episode "Survivoring."
- Ouchie's Hints: In this segment, Ouchie wants something from Patrick and leaves hints around the house for Patrick to find out what Ouchie wants. It debuts in the episode "Patrick's Alley."
- Star Inaction News: In this segment, Patrick reports news in the Star House but then ventures into town to report on more news. It debuts in the episode "Nitwit Neighborhood News."
- Patrick Star: Alien Space Hunter: In this segment, Patrick hunts an Enigma Shapeshifter that gets set loose in his house. Squidina co-stars as Patrick's attorney. The only known episode is "The Shifty Shape Shifter Shakes the Show." This segment debuts in the episode "Patrick's Got a Zoo Loose."
- Home Ink with...Squidina!: In this segment, Squidina hosts a show about home economics to pass her home economics class. This segment debuts in the episode "Home ECCH!"
- Choose-O-Rama: In this segment, Patrick's show is decided by his audience, who have two choices which they can vote for. This segment debuts in the episode "Pick Patrick's Path."
