Hipster fish
The hipster fish[1] are two fish who appear in the episodes "Krabby Patty Creature Feature," "Krusty Koncessionaires," and "Friendiversary."
Description
One of them is light teal and taller than the other. He wears a light brown jacket with a dark green hood, a dark violet hat, and small yellow glasses. He appears to be growing a brown beard.
The other fish is much shorter and is lavender. He has a gold nose ring and wears a navy-blue jacket and maroon scarf. He has blond hair that covers one of his eyes.
Role in series
"Krabby Patty Creature Feature"
They first appear at the beginning of the episode, where they are inside the Krusty Krab. Once there, one of the fish proceeds to tell SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs that they are looking for something "different" and "new." This causes Mr. Krabs to think of a new secret menu, then asking Sandy to create the Secret Patty.
After the hipsters are revived from their previous zombie state caused by the patties, they tell how much more they prefer the "vintage" Krabby Patties and that they "rule."
"Krusty Koncessionaires"
They briefly appear while Squidward sneaks into the backstage area.
"Friendiversary"
They appear in a magazine spread of a Kelpy G concert.
