Kyle[1] is the secondary antagonist along with Phoebe in the first spin-off movie Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie.
Description
He is a male human with brown hair, a white cowboy hat, a long-sleeve shirt with flowers and fish on it, a belt, white pants, and white boots.
Role in movie
He along with Phoebe are used as assistants to Sue Nahmee's schemes to turns Bikini Bottom citizens into Sea Pals. He was later shrunken down along with Phoebe and Cuda to watch The Amazing Cheeks Circus at the Krusty Krab.
