Phoebe[1] is the secondary antagonist along with Kyle in the first spin-off movie Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie.
Description
She is a female human with long brown hair, a white cowboy hat, a long-sleeve lab shirt with flowers and fish on it, a belt, white pants, and white boots.
Role in movie
She along with Kyle are used as assistants to Sue Nahmee's schemes to turn Bikini Bottom citizens into Sea Pals. She was later shrunken down along with Kyle and Cuda to watch The Amazing Cheeks Circus at the Krusty Krab.
