Lizards, Wizards, and Gizzards
Lizards, Wizards, and Gizzards is a board game that appears in the Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years episode "Are You Afraid of the Dork?."
Description
The game can be played with one player. Players roll a dice that determines how many spaces they move. The playable pieces are various fantasy characters, and the board path includes multicolored spaces. It is decorated with a straw hut, a sea serpent, a treasure chest, a mountain, and a brick wall with shackles. The end of the board has a castle.
The game box has the words Gizzards on all sides and contains an illustration of the board.
Role in episode
In Bubble Bass's scary story, he is stuck alone in the cabin during a thunderstorm, and plays a game of Lizards, Wizards, and Gizzards to help calm himself down. After he rolls his dice, he gets a 1, and moves his piece ahead. However, the next space tells him to move back one space, moving him back to the start. Bubble Bass repeatedly rolls the dice, but continues getting a 1, preventing him from making any progress. He screams out in horror, believing that a supernatural force has possessed his dice. Rather than finding the story scary, the campers laugh at it.
