Mermalair (Battle for Bikini Bottom)

The Mermalair is the fifth main level and sixth level overall in the console versions of Battle for Bikini Bottom and Battle for Bikini Bottom: Rehydrated. This level does not require any Golden Spatulas to enter, but the player must have defeated Robo-Sandy first. The entrance is hidden within the Shady Shoals Rest Home.
Robots have taken over the Mermalair's security system. SpongeBob and Patrick need to work with the Mermalair Computer to shut down the security system and defeat the robots. They also need to help Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy with other tasks.

There are eight Golden Spatulas to earn in the Mermalair. 4 of Patrick's socks are hidden here.
Top of the Entrance Area
Grab the Golden Spatula at the top of the Mermalair Entrance Area just before the entrance to the Computer Room.
Top of the Computer Area
Get the Golden Spatula in front of the Mermalair Computer.
Shut Down the Security System
Press all the Security Override buttons located throughout the Mermalair. Once all four buttons are pressed, a Golden Spatula will be awarded before pressing the Master Shutdown button.
The Funnel Machines
Use Patrick to throw a Throw Fruit at each of the buttons on the four funnel machines to activate them. Once all are activated, Mermaid Man will reward Patrick with a Golden Spatula.
The Spinning Towers of Power
Patrick has to use a Throw Fruit to push the buttons on the electrode towers and spin them around so the power side faces forward. Since all the towers spin simultaneously in random order, the player has to figure out the pattern to turn all towers to the power side. Once the puzzle is solved, the towers will activate and Barnacle Boy will give Patrick a Golden Spatula.
Top of the Security Tunnel
Get the Golden Spatula on top of the security tunnel room.
Complete the Rolling Ball Room
Use SpongeBob to complete a Rube Goldberg machine to get a rolling ball to open a cage with a Golden Spatula underneath. If done correctly, the machine will work and SpongeBob can retrieve the spatula.
Defeat Prawn
Defeat the boss, Prawn, in the Villain Containment Area. A Golden Spatula will be rewarded once beaten.
